We understand that building relationships with our customers is one of our most important qualities and we can't do that if we don't do a quality job. Butch is a native of Eau Claire Wisconsin. He grew up playing baseball for the Huskies at Eau Claire North before going on to play college ball at Sacramento State University.
When I became sole owner of Capital Carpet and Services one of the first things I did is to completely change our business plan. Thankfully I am blessed to have a good friend who was the head of HR for a good-sized company to make sure what I wanted to do was legal and ethical. None of my technicians get paid an hourly wage, instead they get paid a set percentage of the job they do.

Our pup had a sick stomach over the weekend (ER type sick!) and Capital Carpets was able to schedule a cleaning before the week was out. The scheduled time was a bit rocky to start but Maurice more than made up for that with his service and good nature. I am very pleased with the way every thing came out fresh and clean.
