Most houses and buildings have gutters to divert water from the roof to the ground. But, if you have any trees at all around your property (or even on your neighbor's property), leaves from those trees will find a way to get into your gutters. We were referred to squeaky clean for having our home power washed and the gutters cleaned. I was very impressed by this company! From the start they were very professional and cordial. When I called, they were able to quote me the work over the phone by looking at our house using an internet mapping service and by getting a rough estimate of the square footage of the house. This saved them a second visit and me the time to have them do an onsite estimate. The price quoted I thought was fair. When they did the work they showed up on time, were very presentable, asked appropriate questions

Craig not only cleared my gutters quickly and professionally, he tethered a gutter that was loose due to a limb falling on the roof. Several downspouts were clogged and he got then all flowing again. I wish I could write a good review. Everything seemed good at the outset, but in the end, I was charged double what I was quoted and didn’t know it until the next day when I got the email receipt. I was only given a $50 credit off of $350 for a “miscommunication” even though I was quoted $175 both on the phone and in person before the service started. Further, several windows were left with residue and spots, the porch rail had pooled yellow fluid on them, and the door trim had yellow spots and drip lines. I was hoping to have found a company that could come yearly, as was my mother

If we could give Squeaky Clean 10 stars, we would!!! They did a fantastic job pressure washing our entire driveway, house, and roof. We had this done right before we put our house on the market and it got a lot of attention for how wonderful the exterior looked. They worked hard, got the job done in a timely manner and were very professional to do business with. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and we will absolutely call them again!
