Tasha and Lucas are great to work with while choosing tile. They are so patient and helpful ordering samples for me and letting me take my time during the decision making process. Purchased a new home & the builder selected this company. We went in & selected our carpeting however we felt rushed through the process. We walked out questioning if we even picked something we really liked b/c we felt so rushed. & we didn't feel that we could up grade even if we paid the difference but other options beside the standard carpet in the budget was that was shown to us. When we tried to ask questions the representative attempted to answer our question before we had completed the question.
