The people here are always friendly and they always do a great job. If you have any issues, they take care of them right away. It is a family run business that has been in business for a very long time and they aren't in this business for money. They truly want to help people by providing this service and can use green chemicals upon request.

We have used this company two times for our rental properties. The first time we had a really good experience. The second time, it was horrible and I attribute that to the need to communicate with the office staff. The women in the office (especially Sherry Galati) were very rude and possess zero customer service skills. They were incredibly difficult to work with and we were fortunate enough to find another company quickly who treated us respectfully and solved our problem without the headache.

Very friendly people who care about what they do and that you like their work. They are reasonably and fairly priced. I worked there for over a year and got to see daily how much the owners care about their services. If you have any issues, just ask to have the manager give you a call and they will work with you to make sure that any issue is resolved. I definitely recommend all if their services and they will travel within a 50 mile radius around Lexington.
