We loved this service while living in Kentucky. We were still getting charged after I thought I cancelled but I missed a step. Suzanne in the Lexington branch was super quick and helpful getting that taken care of, even though I was harsh and rude in my email over frustration. My apologies to Suzanne. She’s a gem.

I want to commend Amelia for her professionalism and attention to detail in her service to our property. I have been a Fox Pest Control customer for about a year and their service is excellent. Jerry is the technician in my area. He is extremely responsive and thorough in his evaluation and treatment of any pest-related situation. Jerry patiently answers all my questions and shows me where potential pest nests might exist. He removes all the nests professionally and safely. Never leaving anything on the ground where a child might step on it. Jerry is polite, knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. He has made our front and back porches safe to sit on again and I am extremely appreciative.

So far, I have to say, I've been impressed with your company. The sales person, Daniel Greenland, was excellent to work with, very professional, happy and cooperative. He worked with me on the pricing and I really appreciate it. Jerry from Fox Pest Control answered my message right away and came over to the house the same day. He very patiently listened to my issues and showed me all the places where wasp nests appeared or were likely to be. He removed all the nests and wasps that were in the area. Jerry also dusted all the spiderwebs out of our porches. He did an extremely thorough job. I am so grateful to have Jerry treating our property.
