Holy smokes, the WDI team is fabulous! They received dozens and dozens of packages of all shapes and sizes for our small nonprofit, the Eco-School Network. They promptly emailed me a notice when each package arrived, and stored them all together in their spacious, modern, clean warehouse. What's more, they went above and beyond by allowing our small team of volunteers to work in their warehouse to assemble dozens of outdoor classroom kits for local schools. We've been using WDI Co of Oregon for storage for the past four years and they have been nothing but helpful. Most recently, while working with Joshua Hoover, we were given a very kind offer of comping the storage of 3 cartons of lights which have been in storage for four years! The house we are building on the Oregon coast has taken much longer than we had anticipated for various reasons including COVID and the fires last year. The item delivered and installed was a 56"h x 36"w, high-gloss lacquer finished mirror. It was the Homeowner that attended the delivery and installation. I (the Designer) inquired if all went well, did she like the mirror and was the crew "decently groomed, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient?” The client replied: “It’s gorgeous! I love it!! The gentlemen were all of the above and were tipped well.” My years of experience with WDI Inc., of Oregon is that that's the typical standard!

Awsome moving company the team is very quick to provide good customer service. They are very fast at getting things moved , I couldnt believe how well they all worked so quickly and got the job done fast nothing was damaged it was all tightly fitted and secured and was on time with when they said there arrival time was I would definatly suggest these guys too anyone who needed to have anything moved office home buisness closeout s u name it they can pack it haul it store it and with out hassle

Problem:
Horrible service and delivery. After countless mess ups this business damaged our home- which they did resolve. Ordered furniture in May, and it is October and we still are yet to recieve the furniture. We have specified many times when we are available at the house, delivery is scheduled and then they either don't show up because of issues or once they arrive the furniture wasn't pre inspected as requested and once again we have to reorder. They were supposed to arrive yesterday on 10/14- scheduled 3;30-5;30. I asked and noted over 5 times at this point that we aren't home until 3;30

We worked with John Squires and his foreman, Steve, on a brand-new office furniture installation. They were extremely accommodating and worked remarkably quickly! They were able to install office furniture for 26 offices in less than a day and a half. Steve's crew were all very professional, and they were a joy to have in our office. Highly recommended!

Worked with Lance, Project Manager, on a cubicle move and arrangement in our new office. He was very professional and easy to work with, even though we had several different opinion and very last minute changes! He worked with us to help accommodate our wishes and design but help us keep us in ADA and fire code standards, even if it meant putting together a unit and then completely taking it apart after a change of whim by us 20 minutes later. Highly recommend them for the quick and quality service.
