Nail guns are never used. All of our roofs are installed by our own trained roofers and we never subcontract work to other contractors. All of our debris is recycled. On sloped roofs Certainteed roofing products are our shingle of choice and Carlisle roofing products are used on flat roofing applications. We are certified approved applicators of both. Estimates are free, thorough and prompt. If a new roof is not needed at the time and a repair can be made we will inform you of that and a complete estimate will be provided.

We learned construction at a very young age from our father Ray who was a math teacher and built houses to supplement the family income. That early on work experience has proven to be invaluable in the roofing business. We have been a member of NERCA (The Northeast Roofing Contractor Association) since 1988 and also a member of the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce.

If you live in New England chances are you've probably had some ice back up or know someone who's been affected by it. When conditions are right with a lot of snow on the roof and extreme cold outside ice dams start to build. Heat loss from the living space escapes into the attic and melts the blanket of snow from the inside.
Wooster Roofing has installed new roofs, both rubber and asphalt shingles, on both industrial and residential buildings for Hall Property Management. They have also repaired and maintained old roofs when leakage or other problems have occurred. Without exception, their work has been excellent. What has been most impressive, however, has been their service.

Wooster Roofing were very responsive, practical and professional. Gave me very useful advices and gave many helpful tips throughout decision making and execution of projects. Only downside is they do NOT offer financing however their work quality, communications were all great.

Professional and courteous -job was done in one day which was fantastic! They throughly cleaned the areas around my house and shed to be sure no nails or debris -nice, friendly group of workers -couldn’t of asked for a better job!

I wrote a positive review a month ago about Wooster Roofing (comment below). Unfortunately, the leaks continued, Wooster came out twice to repair, at no charge, but the repairs that were done did not help at all. I am now out about $1,600.00. After trying to contact Steve twice, I didn’t get a response. I don’t understand why the outcome was so poor given that I chose Wooster based on their ratings and Steve was so good at explaining things to me. I had to call another roofer because of mold. The roof had to be replaced and the ceiling demolished and replaced.

I called on a tuesday and spoke to someone about getting a quote for a roof replacement. they said someone would come by in a couple of days to have a look and the quote would probably be sent out by the end of the week.
the following monday afternoon i hadn't heard anything so i called and asked when i would receive the quote.
no one knew anything about me or the quote or the address for the job.

Paid money up front to have them come check my roof last year it was maybe around 150 bucks. They couldn't figure out if the leak is from our bathroom in our attic floor or if it was due to a roof leak above second FL living room when it clearly leaked only when it rained. They kept insisting it wasn't the roof so I had to wait til it rained again and I recorded it.
Guy came and did some things under the shingles near chimney. Next day it rained and it still leaked. I called maybe three different times to have the same guy come back out and do something different to the roof to fix

I had a roof leak that seemed to be intermittent & only happen with windy heavy rain. I had, had another roofer out previously to take a look & they didn't seem to determine what was causing the leak and quoted me for replacing the entire section of my roof to fix it. I then found Wooster Roofing. As soon as the man on the other end of the phone started answering my questions, I was confident they would be able to locate the leak. I had a roof leak after heavy rains in the area. I called Wooster roofing they promptly returned my call. 2 days later came to identify the problem (seals around the vents). They fit this small job in for me within 5 days of the estimate. Their workers were friendly and professional.
I was so pleased with this company I used them a 2nd time to repair a leak at my parents Home. Great job Wooster Roofing. Excellent customer service and quality of work.

Massachusetts got hit by a pretty crazy windstorm on 10/29 into 10/30. I woke up and went to work on Monday 10/30, didnt have my coffee yet so forget to check yard for damage. Remebered when I came home and saw a small part of my roof in my backyard. Went up to my attic to see how bad it was and sure enough there was a hole in my roof. Failed miserably at trying to fix it. I did a yelp search and found Wooster and gave them a call. It was around 730pm. Call was answered, I explained the situation and they agreed to send someone out the next day. Needed to replace a flat roof on our home. We contacted Wooster Roofing, and they were prompt to respond AND get to our home to evaluate and write us a quote. They were patient as we made this financial decision, and when we decided to go with them because of their competitive rates, great communication, and knowledge of the job - they were quick to start - even a day early. The job was completed within a day and a half. They took pictures during the process so I could see the progress and even took me to the rooftop to check out the finished product. Wooster Roofing put in 2 new skylights for me today. They showed up on time and did the job quickly and professionally. When they were finished they cleaned everything up. The skylights look awesome! Steve and Charlie are good guys and so are the guys that work for them. I'll be using them again when I need roof work.

Wow! It sounds like I had the opposite experience from J.A. Hmmm... maybe he or she didn't understand that roofing companies in New England are often going to be inundated in November, repairing ice damn issues, and roofs caving from weight of snow etc. I had quite a pleasant experience with this company, and highly recommend them. Yes, they've been busy this winter, and I had to get on their busy schedule, as I would with any company. But they were very professional and and did quality work. I will hire them back for any further roofing needs!
