The only roofing company that actually answered their phone and promptly returned phone calls. Lucas came right out to evaluate the situation and provided an estimate that very evening. The job was scheduled as soon as the windows arrived and was completed by two awesome guys on a cold and windy day!!! Also have to give a shout out to Katie (in the office)….who handled all of my crazy phone calls!!! Thanks for providing a positive experience!!

We had an old leaky roof in need of replacement. Called the office and spoke to a very nice woman who scheduled an appointment for Tucker to come out in a couple days. He was on time and very professional and I had an estimate by the end of the day by email.
I spoke to him about the quote and had a date for the work to be done in about 2 weeks.… Troy and the crew came first thing in the morning and had the entire job complete and cleaned up by about 2 PM. This company has top notch customer service from the initial conversation with Katie for scheduling a bid to each and every promptly returned call from the job supervisor during the job. We've had many roofs done over the years & have never had such a hard working, prompt, clean, knowledgeable, friendly crew. They paid attention to detail, cleaned up the area at the end of each very long day, covered all the landscaping close to the house with tarps, and left the area very clean at the end of the job. Background: We had a roll roof that was in need of repair (see pic). Due to the pitch of the of the roof the best solution was to put in a rubber roof. The team was able to haul a single 6 mm sheet of rubber material up onto the roof. They set down some extra insulation and then covered the roof with the rubber membraned (see after pic). In addition we had a small shed roof that required re-shingling again the team was professional

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Last year we contracted them to replaced our 40 year old masonite siding with a new vapor barrier, Exterior Portfolio Market Square vinyl siding, new gutters and a SureGuard Leaf Filter System, which keeps leaves and debris out of our gutters. Yesterday, Refined Roofing replaced our entire roof, using their Refined Roofing System and Owens Corning Duration Series shingles. Our house is more energy efficient, looks awesome and the work crews were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Refined Roofing.

These guys are roofing rock stars. I had a roof that was starting to fail on the north side. They were completely sensitive to my situation. The job was scheduled quickly. They completely replaced/installed the new roof in a single day and left the yard looking like they'd never been there. The roof looks great. The price was very fair. I recently had my aging and leaking roof replaced by Refined Roofing. From the initial meeting to job completion, Gino and his team were friendly, professional, and fast. The work was completed in just one day (plus an hour or so on a following day to replace my gutters).

We were very impressed with Refined Roofing. One of the deciding factors to go with Refined Roofing was the quality of the shingles they provide. Our other quotes, in our opinion, used a lower quality shingle which two of the houses we owned had previous issues with so we were looking for a better quality shingle. The Refined Roofing representative genuinely cared about what the company was putting on the roof to ensure the quality of their job. They did an outstanding job with the install. They took extra care to pickup the materials and nails, even having a few additional workers review the ground

Absolutely recommend Refined Roofing. Matt came out for an on-site estimate and went over all the details and let me review. A few days later he came back and we signed the contract. The crew did excellent job tarping the house and stripping the shingles. Ended up needing many sheets of plywood replaced which they did quickly and took photos of all… the rotted boards. I happened to be there when the building inspector came and even he was impressed with the job they did, particularly the use of ice and water shield around chimneys and valleys. Cleanup was great and quick, no complaints!

Gino was amazing. He is extremely professional and personable. We used him to renovate my mom's 1,500 SF house in Newburyport including, but not limited to, refinishing floors, painting all dark wood trim and doors throughout white (not an easy task) and electrical. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and throughout the entire job. He… also helped me avoid unnecessary costs and provided mold remediation in the basement. The house was in rough shape but is now sparkling. Gino definitely delivered and I highly recommend him and his company.
