Came out twice to quote work, doesn’t send an updated quote even though at the second evaluation Dave said he could get us in in a week. Get a call back today saying can’t do it until spring 3 days after saying they’re booking about a week out.
I had to call twice and email to finally get a response on an updated quote for adding 1 tree cut down and that stump.
They came in at 1/3 of the cost of competitors and that probably is why they magically can’t fit us in after telling us each time they came out it would be a week out, when it’s early October and the ground is nowhere near too

Our car was damaged by this business when they were removing a limb from the next door neighbors yard, and dropped it on the roof of our car while parked in the driveway. The crew admitted they damaged the car and gave us the contact at their office to file the claim. When we contacted David, the Operations Manager of Greatland Tree Service, he tried to minimize the incident by saying the car was not worth the estimate that we received from Able Body. When I refused to allow him to bully me into settling for a lesser amount than the estimate, he said he was turning it into his insurance company

I am so impressed with this company. They gave me a quote within a day of calling, got me on the schedule in a timely manner, were in and out in less than an hour, friendly and even cleaned up my yard. I got estimates from some of the biggest companies but chose Greatland after the big guys were dismissive of our job. We had two big trees with one that had our tree house built around it. A tough job but they got it out without even a scratch to the tree house. Reasonable price and quality work. If use them again.

Timely response to my initial service request. Estimate was reasonable and timely. Military discount honored. Tree removal was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Excellent communication texts and emails. Guys that showed up were fast, efficient, and friendly. They were in and out within 40 minutes! Very exciting to watch them work, sad to see the beautiful tree go. They removed a 40 foot pine tree that lived next to my house and in a precarious spot with communication lines and fencing near by. Thank you!! Definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with this company. Large tree fell in my yard in the latest windstorm in November. My wife called probably 10 companies, all except Greatland were either too busy or couldn't make it out until springtime, even to give me a quote. Greatland was there the same day to give me a quote on removing the fallen tree and also checking to ensure I didn't have other trees that could come down. Their price was extremely reasonable. Didn't end of using them as I had some friends who were willing to help out with the tree removal, but they were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone

I needed a large spruce tree that was close to the house taken down. The crew arrived early and had the whole job done in an hour (chipped and hauled the brush, raked and cleaned debris from the roof, yard and driveway). Robert, Ryan and Justin were extremely courteous and professional. Getting a quote and scheduling the job was a breeze. Overall, great service!

Had three man crew at my house this morning. They were on time, cheerful, and efficient. When they were done I worried over one last tree limb that might have become an issue in the future so they just took it down too. No muss no fuss. Could not have asked for more. We accepted an estimate from Greatland Tree Service to take down 6 trees in our back yard for $1300. They said they could do this work on the following Friday. When that day came we waited until a little past noon and decided to give Greatland a call to see when they would show up to take down our trees. The woman who answered told my spouse she was very sorry but their chipper broke the night before and they could not do the work that day. He asked why we didn't receive a call from them and why we had to call them to find out there was a problem. She apologized several times and said that
