SEALCOATING - This is one of our specialties! We have completed hundreds of Sealcoat jobs in the upstate, NC and GA. We always try to do the job in an efficient and timely manner, so that your business is not deterred by our work. Sealcoating protects and keeps water our of your existing pavement, so that it can last years longer and you can avoid costly repairs.
It was a pleasure to meet Brad, Ray, and Frank, because I could tell they work together and knew what to do. Our youngest son had some paving done by Brad Pace at their home, and he was pleased with the outcome, so I knew I was in for a treat to be around these men and to know that the work they did was excellent.

We had a long gravel driveway to our home paved recently by Brad Pace Construction. We were so pleased with the results! It looks great and is maintenance free. I was so impressed with the quality and service, I hired them to seal coat the parking lot and driveway of my business. My employees were thrilled with the results. On both jobs they were knowledgeable and courteous. We were impressed with their integrity and would use them again without a second thought.

We wanted a driveway/sidewalk and called Brad Pace Construction. The guy who came out to do the estimate was nice, professional and detailed on what the job would entail.
There was an expectation that it would be put in around June or July. It was done in May/June. When it was finished, I had a couple of issues. I emailed their contact person, and the owner was there within 3 hours. The concerns were explained and soon were taken care of. We are extremely happy with our driveway!

Negligent company!!!! The crew abandoned a huge trailer bed on the street, in a residential area, in front of my home, with no cones around it. My daughter backed into it causing $1500 in damages to her vehicle and the horrible owner of this company has not bothered to offer apologies for the negligence of his crew, nor does he have the integrity to accept his portion of the responsibility for the incident. Negligence!!!! Who issued him a license to do business?? I plan to find out!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! (One star is way too much, however, I was unable to submit the review without

I called twice machine picks up I left my message with contact info both times Nobody ever returned my call. I sent Brad an email asking how they stay in buisness when they don't reply to calls requesting an estimate on a job.STILL no reply if they're that difficult to get in touch with they do not need my buisness and I wouldn't trust hiring them

If these guys care as much about their work as they do caring for their equipment and other drivers on the road, I'd stay far away. Dangerous trucks throwing thousands of rocks, employees who threaten and are combative with those whose vehicles they damage. Stay far away, from both their trucks and their services.
