From the first meeting through the final walkthrough we pay attention to what you have to say about your project. We provide feedback to insure that we understand your priorities, and advice forged from our years of experience to assist in developing your successful project. Then we bring together our staff and skilled tradespeople to construct your project.
These days we're all more aware of our limited resources, and thus need to be open to alternatives that passively conserve those same precious resources. Here, we offer a few alternatives to conventional construction that by merely utilizing a different approach, and/or installing an amended system, we're able to move toward the idea of using less of those resources.
Entering into a construction contract can be intimidating and confusing for those unfamiliar with the process. Anyone considering a construction project will be better able to make good decisions in relation to the project, if they understand the process. In order to assist in this regard, we present Customer U, where we discuss the process of selecting a contractor, evaluating proposals, change orders, and the importance of planning.
