This is one of the worst places I've ever had the displeasure of doing buisness with. The service techs are extremely rude. They sold me a brand new frontier with doors that won't unlock themselves, abs malfunctioning, chipped paint on the tailgate, and to beat it all they are telling me there is nothing they can do about it. I thought since I was getting something I knew I would be upside down in they would at least pretend to care about me. On a side note they wouldn't come off of a small bottle of touch up paint for the deffect in the paintjob

Tyler Rhodes at Oak Ridge Nissan made the car buy process super easy. He was not pushing to make a sale but wanted to help us find something that we would enjoy driving. He let my wife and I take an extended test drive to make sure that the vehicle fit our lifestyle before we signed anything. We ended up buying a new Kicks and it is a great car. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We sent my daughter to Oak Ridge Nissan with trust they would treat her right. We've bought 2 Nissan previously. They absolutely tried to screw her. The car was $22,000 and they wanted to charge her $678 per month for 60 months, doubling the price of the car. Wait? what? We walked. We have great credit as co-signers. Obviously they knew because they called us 3 times on the way home. We will not be treated this way as a qualified buyer. Moving on!

My wife and I went there to look at SUVs. We told them we weren't interested in talking to a salesman, yet, one followed us around like a little puppy dog the entire time we were there. We told them we weren't interested in any of the Nissan SUV's, as we thought they were ugly or did not meet our needs. The salesman then brought out his supervisor, and he tried to go to us into buying some car we weren't interested in. I will never go there again, even if they have a good deal on a car.

I have to give credit where credit is due! First off, if this review is solely for the salesman Nick, it would be 5 stars, no hesitation! He was not your typical overbearing, pushy salesman. I actually went just browse and had no intentions of purchasing yet. He was so nice and easy to work with, and listened to what I was wanting. He let me see a recent trade in car that was in the back that met my wants, and it was perfect! He made sure it went through and passed inspection, and then proceeded to put gas in it to let me drive it. He knew all the details, and looked at the vehicle from a fellow

We loved our leased Rogue and we were very happy with that whole lease experience but, we had the worst experience we have ever had as we sought and bought a car. They met us at our car and never gave us a chance to even think and kept us for over three hours until we were worn down and starving and exhausted. We could not be more disappointed in a place who has the potential to be an asset to their community or in us for allowing ourselves to trust that these people were interested in good faith and fair trade. Never again will we buy a car there and we will never stop spreading the word to hopefully

I am highly disappointed in our dealings with this car dealership! They talked us into trading our car in on a more expensive car in promises that if we kept it for about 4 months (also promising us that the car would hold it's value) and when December rolled around that they would get us in the truck (at the payment that we wanted)which we were initially there to look at. They apparently could do this because of all the year end rebates. Then December rolled around and they did nothing to try to help us! Except, to try to talk us into financing another car. I strongly caution you not to

I stopped by and was pleased with my experience. Chris Blaise was a great help and found the perfect car for me. Got me a good deal too. He was even going to put some gas in it, but forgot and when I got to a Shell station after purchasing the car he pulled up behind me. He followed after me from the car lot and was going to get me gas even after I had already left the car lot. Sure he is a salesman and that is a good sales tool but it really says a lot about their character. 5/5

I have learned that you can never ever believe a car salesman. I made a useless rip out there this past weekend. I knew my credit score was not the best beforehand. I kept telling the sales man no I need to wait. He kept texting me oh we work with so many lenders. I can get you in a Rogue. I knew what I wanted and my monthly payment. He said, my manager looked at it said we can make you a deal. He lied. The salesman name was Franklin. He was a liar. He had my credit app. he did not run it until I got out there. He could not make me one offer. Ia sked before I made the drive are you sure with no

When we first moved to Knoxville, we had two Nissans: a Murano and a Frontier Pickup. I've always believed it to be important to have my vehicles serviced by a certified dealer who sells and services the brands I drive.
I started going to a Nissan dealership (that I choose not to name) on Kingston Pike, but after a change of owners, the service department quickly declined in service, promptness, courtesy and incentives.
We switched to Oakridge Nissan and the first visit had me hooked. The service adviser who I met when I walked in the door, Darrell, was friendly, knowledgeable, concerned

This place truly cares about their customers. The service I recently received when buying my most recent Nissan was second to none. These guys worked so hard to help me get the best deal possible. They are all super nice and very personable. If you looking for a new Nissan you have to go here. Oh, make sure you ask for Al Middlebrook. Not only is the sales staff great but the service department is great as well. They will talk with you and let you know what the suggested services are that's needed for your vehicle. If you choose to wait, they will not harass you. The people hear for the owner

My Dad recommended this location to service my car and I've never had a bad experience. Shannon is a pleasure to deal with and goes out of his way to make customers feel important, no matter what service they're receiving. His customer service is amazing and he always has a great attitude. The prices are fair and I've never felt cheated or like they recommended work I didn't really need. I would never consider having my Nissan serviced at another dealership in the area and will definitely work with a Salesperson there when it's time to trade in my Altima.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership..the salesman are very "sale-thirsty" and will try any tactic they can to get you interested in purchasing from them (be it false promises or flat out lies). Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, my husband and I received 11 separate notifications via mail of the different banks that ORN had pulled our credit thru. We only approved them to finance us thru Nissan itself! We are extremely upset about that. Extremely! Also, throughout the buying process of the vehicle we fell in love with, no salesman or sales manager

If you're responding to their mail ads, they're totally dishonest. Lets say your mailer says you won $5000, they'll point to the fine print that says"match 4 and you're a winner!". Thats technically true, you won. The game piece is a fraud though. Ours said we won $5000 and when we showed up, they gave us a hard sell on a car then informed us that our mailer ment we only won $2, even though it said $5000.
They're standard car dealers. Dishonest and only interested in your money. I'd give my money to anyone before them. Please don't give them

This is the best car buying experience I ever experienced. My salesman Shannon was courteous and professional and treated us like family. Only took 15 min and agreed on price. (Beat the other Knoxville Nissan dealers by over $500 also). Bill was great in Finance and gave us an orientation of the Dealership. Introduced us to everyone and also threw in a huge Bucket with cleaning supplies and wax, wash, etc,... Highly recommend this Nissan Store. A cut above the rest.
