I was rather put off when I saw some of the previous negative reviews. But in a pinch this was the only company that was highly responsive to my problem --getting a 250-plus pound Nordictrack treadmill base from my garage to my basement quickly. I got my estimate Monday along with four or five others. This was one of two companies that could do the job in the next couple days. D&D was a good bit pricier than the other one, but responded more promptly on Tuesday when I needed to finalize arrangements. Hired muscle is The name they are using but it still ran by the same and competent people that took the paint off my walls brought my bed broke my refrigerator did more damage than it cost to move me so now I’m waiting for the courts to open so that I can sue them for the cost of my bed in my refrigerator do not ever hire hired muscle or D and D moving and storage Co. dumb and dumber downright dirty disrespectful

Let me start out by saying I don't write bad reviews, nor have I ever in my life gotten into a verbal altercation with anyone before I had this incident talking to the owner of this company, Damian. I hired this company 3 weeks ago to move me out of my home. With the move scheduled for 3 days from now, I called to confirm everything was set up and the price we agreed upon during our earlier conversation. I can't recommended D&D Moving & Storage enough. They are an absolute world-class team and amenity right here in the city. The full service storage solution where there's always someone you can call to pull something from your storage area, or simply dropping off items that they take up for you; is such an awesome thing. Each and every person on their team is kind, courteous, and prompt to deal with. I haven't used their moving services, but can only imagine it is more of the same. I recommend D&D over and over again to family and friends and know you'll have a similar and amazing experience.

Extremely bad experience. Being that I live out of state, I scheduled a remote move for my mom. I called and scheduled the move a month in advance. I gave a DETAILED explanation of the items that would need to be moved, disassembled / reassembled, the location of my mom's apartment and the destination of the move. I was assured that this would be a relatively quick job and quoted a price of approx. $480 for three hours with a THREE MAN team and a LARGE truck. Along with this scheduling, I gave my mom's contact information so that she can be reached upon arrival. A week before the move

Unfortunately, my experience with D & D Moving and Storage was pretty terrible. Two broken items, a missing couch leg, and very late reply time from the manager. I had to hire other movers to deliver my items from the storage unit to my home the day of because they had vehicle issues. When the other movers arrived, they found the truck with my belongings unlocked with no one around on the side of the road. My items were never shrink wrapped, and several items were missing. D & D Moving and Storage is top of the line. I hired them to move a 400 pound cast iron tub into my house and onto the second floor. They executed this daunting task flawlessly! They were on time, professional, and equip to handle the job. I am very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service. I relocated and needed a cheap used office desk so went to see the inventory and found something suitable. Got a great price after a bit negotiation, paid, and received a receipt. No playing around. Local delivery was part of the deal and they went out of their way to deliver the desk the same day. Delivery was done very carefully even though the desk barely fit and no damage to the house was done. Will definitely do business with again.
