I contacted Professional Movers to take care of moving my elderly parents from their longtime home to an independent living community. Moving is always stressful, and my most recent move was one of the most stressful experiences of my adult life. With plans that changed drastically over the course of several hours, I my moving date changed from "a month from now" to "3 days from now." I had been in contact with Professional Movers as soon as I knew I was moving, and they were somehow able to magically accommodate my schedule change. Each and every team member, from the email inquiries to phone calls to project manager to movers, treated me with the utmost respect, and a cool-and-collected sense of urgency.

From my first phone call, to my virtual walk through to actual moving day, working with Professional Movers was a great experience. They even let us pick up empty boxes from their office free of charge which was very helpful and appreciated. Our move team consisted of 3 young men Donova was the team leader. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, was polite and efficient. My move took less time than anticipated because those men hussled and I was glad to have saved money. They are more expensive than some of the other local companies but qell worth every penny. Our furniture was well

Moving as a single woman is always a little nerve-wracking!! But Don hooked me up with an excellent team! Donovan and Jason showed up a couple minutes early & were ready to go!! They took care of my belongings better than I would have and were very good at maneuvering city streets and alleys!! Donovan & Jason were nice, friendly, and polite too! Totally recommend Professional Movers because it is family-owned, but also because Donovan & Jason are the perfect relocation duo! Thank you for making moving day stress-free!

So we moved my dad again...now 4 years later and again I was soo impressed with this company. Kris B came out and gave an estimate by email really quickly. The 3 man crew showed up on time and again were very careful with all of my dads antiques, pictures and extremely heavy and ornate furniture. They put down runners so they wouldn't damage any floors and worked very hard and fast. Dan P, Josh V and Nick M stated all day, " yes mam, is there anything else we can move or pack " After the job was completed they again asked if I wanted to change any furniture around. Professional Movers certainly live up to their name ! We had the team of Jim, Jordan and Lucas who were all extremely hard working, polite and professional ! They were very careful with all the pieces of furniture and worked very efficiently ! I was thinking most estimates go over, but they were under by hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend them !

I called for an estimate for packing and loading of truck. The gentleman that came out seemed to be in a rush. Then he told my husband and I that we would have a quote in 2 days. That was 5 days ago and still have not heard back. In my opinion that is poor customer service. I'm not going to chase someone down for a job and $$ that I am offering THEM.

We had a great experience with these guys! First of all-- I thought we couldn't afford to hire professionals, but I was wrong. This was probably the best decision we've made in a while. They came out and quoted a "worst case scenario" as far as cost-- which wasn't nearly what I was expecting. My husband and I moved as many boxes as we could in advance. Moving day they were on time, professional, and worked quickly. When the move was complete, the total was even less than expected. This is strictly based on price. The company only quoted us and have not been utilized for our move.
There is a total of 18 furniture pieces, including 4 dining table chairs and a total of 5 medium sized boxes. With only the dining table and the buffet being the two heaviest pieces in all of our furniture. This is within a 2 bedroom unit. The move shouldn't be too difficult. But their rates are quite too steep. Im sure they do an amazing job, but not worth $820.

They handled our office move for me and did an outstanding job. We used their plastic totes and it made it so easy for everyone to pack things up and then unpack when we received them in the new space. From the quote process to the actual move date, Professional Movers handled it all exactly as it should. Customer service was great, communication was clear and timely. I have worked with many moving companies over the years and they're definitely one of the good eggs.
I also recommended them to some friends for a home move and my friends were duly impressed, as well.

From the quote with Don Crowley, to the pack with Dan and the move with Dan and Vince everything went smoothly! The truck was running late on arrival on move day due to an internal issue, I was notified promptly of this issue as it was happening, and they arrived on time at the new est time. Everything was packed very well, preventing any breakage and shifting damage. Everything arrived safe! I had these guys recently help me move some heavy / great quality furniture. I am very glad I picked them to do the job.
