This "5 Star" company came highly recommended by two dear friends. After I relayed our experience to these friends, they have vowed to cease all future recommendations.
I shall list our grievances. On October 25, 2021, we signed a contract with Andes Roofing for a new roof replacement. They collected the final payment 59 days later on December 23, 2021.This was when our host of issues were finally addressed to their satisfaction. I will now list our grievances. The agreed upon negotiated price for wood sheet replacements (if needed) was not included on our written contract by our salesman

Ethan Andes was excellent. They got the job done in one day when I thought it was going to be a few days. I have a two and a half car garage and my home that they completed in one day. They were extremely professional. They also got me the best deal with good products for a good price.

I worked with William Andes with Andes roofing, all I can say is generally at great guy. On top of doing great work and getting my roof replaced in one day. William was great to get to know helped me understand everything without being pushy. Plus was very sympathetic to my situation, my husband passed away and shortly after have to replace my roof, William set at my kitchen table and cried and prayed with me. I will definitely be using them again when I replace the roof on my garage and for my new gutters

Great experience with this company. William was most helpful and explained all aspects of what our roof needed and why, as well as explaining the different products and their pros and cons. The installation crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves well. All this, coupled with a competitive price was refreshing. I would recommend without hesitation. Also wanted to add that I had a few companies come to inspect the roof, and William was the only one to go inside the attic where he found some issues we did not know about. No other inspection was a thorough and honest. They really care

These guys did an amazing job for us. Our new roof looks great, you will have peace of mind knowing that the job has been done right. The owner did an amazing job educating us on what his company does to ensure you get a roof that has been installed properly. Also educating you on the superior products that will be used on your home. They did a great job, it looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend these guys!

I contacted these guys and they were quick to respond. The pricing was great and the warranty, 50 Years!!! Our roof is gambrel style and a bit difficult, but they finished it nice and quick! They cleaned up and left nothing for me to do but admire our new roof! Our rep, William Andes was awesome and answered all my questions thoroughly! These guys are great. The project/field manager is a pleasure to work with as well! I also made my first payment directly to the office staff, they are great too! “NEED A ROOF” call Andes!!!

Andes Roofing replaced our roof last week. They removed old shingles and installed new ones all in one day. Netting was temporarily used to catch anything that fell off the roof and they thoroughly cleaned the area after they were finished. They also trimmed low hanging tree branches and reinstalled the gutter guards. We have been very pleased with their work.

William came out to our home to answer a few questions we had about our roof. He was knowledgeable, kind, and worked with our schedule to get the job done. He was very thorough in his inspection, and diligently checked on everything to make sure there weren’t additional problems. We can’t say enough good things about this company. We will use them for every roofing need in the future and YOU SHOULD TOO!

Highly recommend. They have an amazing presentation, teaching you all about roofs, how warranties can be voided, & how their work is superior to other roofers with the additional features that they have/do. GAF… certified (look into it if you havent). Amazing communication, punctual, and finished the job on time. We had a full roof replacement, new gutters, and gutter guards; everything looks great, and we’re so happy to no longer have leaks when it rains. A+ company!
