Mark is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a minor leak that he worked on in the past. After the ice and rain we had in February, the leak returned. Mark came to my house and fixed the leak right away. He said he should have caught the issue before but it just need a little more work. He stands behind his work. You don’t see that too often. I will use his company again when it’s time for a new roof.

I needed some fascia boards repaired on my home and gave Assurance a call. Mark came out gave me a competitive estimate and told me he would work me in to his busy fall schedule. It did take a few weeks for him to get me in, but once he arrived, he worked diligently for 3 full days until the job was complete. He does nice work. He is honest, professional and does quality work. He even offered to bring us food, as we were quarantining while he was working outside. Very thoughtful!

We had a small leak in our roof from a few bad shingles. The Assurance owner got over, matched the shingles, found a nice day and got us taken care of quickly and professionally.

Mark and his team are exceptional craftsman and did outstanding work on our ranch home roof and gutters. He incorporated copper valleys into our existing design which we are exceedingly pleased with, and he helped us determine how best to incorporate the pergola we want to build seamlessly into our new roof. In fact, he stayed late to help us install the roof mounts to ensure our design doesn't compromise the integrity of our new roof. Last week, Mark replaced a 30 year old skylight which had a condensation issue. Because the company no longer made that exact model and the size of the replacement was slightly different, he came up with a solution that worked. As others have said, we appreciated his personal attention and willingness to educate us in the process. By just looking at the roof, he was able to determine the manufacturer and color of the shingles, and forewarned us that new shingles will never exactly match the ones that had been on the roof exposed to the elements for years. I was referred to Assurance through a trusted contact. 7 years ago we were in the need of a new roof. I "interviewed" several roofing companies. We went with Mark because of his personal attention and his thoroughness to educate the process. While the roof was being installed Mark noticed 1 of 3 skylights we decided to replace was a different model year.
