Isaac, the owner of RAM Roofing and Remodeling is awesome, very detailed and mindful of what we wanted. His crew was amazing, hard working and respectful of our property. Very professional and happy to come back and change a chimney flashing to a color we preferred at no extra cost.
We felt comfortable leaving our property for a few hours with garage door up and knowing they would be honest, professional and the job was getting done. They all had very sweet professional attitudes and we are very very pleased with their work!

PROMPT AND HONEST! We wanted someone to come out to our property to assess our roof issues and after calling several different companies who were either not willing or wanted a very hefty sum of money, this company sent Eddy (or Isaac?) the next day. He was not only extremely professional but also generous enough to explain our issue and the simplicity of the solution rather than trying to get us to spend money we didn't need to spend. Life saver!

Recommended to me by Home Advisor. I called them , Isaac set up an appointment with me for the following evening after 5:00 pm. They never showed up, did not respond when I texted to see if they were still coming and never contacted me again. that is not deserving of anything other than a 1 star rating and because zero stars is not an option. If they weren't interested in the job they should have said so or called.
