I do not recommend this company for any roofing. Brand new house leaked after 5 years, charged $1,100 to come and fix their problem and leaked again 1.5 months later. Two calls and two emails and no response. Contracted a reputable company to fix this.

I have never used Dominion Roofing's service personally however, my father was a subcontractor at Dominion Roofing for decades. I sure hope that the recession that has come with COVID-19 has shown Adam and Geoff that not all large corporations are too big too fail. I hope that they have evolved the way Dominion Roofing does business in the marketplace because back when my father worked there, I was ashamed to tell people that my father worked with them. These people are morally bankrupt and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Mars Homes has this company under contract to our new built home in Stoney Creek. Let’s just say the type of work they do is terrible. The quality shingles or contractors doing the job is poor. We have had shingles come off multiple times and when they come out all they do is nail them back to the wood instead of properly do it. One of their workers was here yesterday to fix multiple shingles lost and he was here for about 10mins

Employees drive around like maniacs! One almost hit my wife and daughter in the Uxbridge Walmart parking while he was speeding through it. He than proceed to follow them and stare them down after my wife honked at him. Police were notified as they were very scared. This company should not allow their crazed employees to drive around in company billboards. Never use Dominion Roofing!

Dominion Roofing fixed my roof with their "roof tune up". Water was leaking through the ceiling of my front porch when it rained, and another roofing company told me my roof needed more than $5000 in repairs. My neighbour recommended Dominion Roofing after having similar repair work done. Their customer service was great from beginning to end. The next time I have a problem with my roof I will definitely call them

This is not a service complaint but rather a employee complaint. I was randomly at Tim Hortons and this cardboard box hit my car, I came to look if it damaged my car, the person representing this company came towards me and took the cardboard box, he began to say I'm gonna take this and said it wasn't him. I said that's okay, however he started swearing at me yelling and giving me the finger. He had longish hair, older gentlemen, voice was high and raspy. Is this the type of employee you want to represent your company?

The first time I called and set up an appointment nobody showed up, so gave them another call and they came to assess the repairs. I was told after they looked at the rood that they would send me a quote within a three-four days. Called a few more times after that to inquire about the on-line quote that I was to receive, but nothing to date. Well it's been almost a month and still nothing. Very disappointed with their ability of not getting back to me. Would not ever call them again or even recommend to anyone I know. If they could not do the job, they should have had the courtesy of letting me

Dominion Roofing did the main part of our roof, and we came back a couple of years later to have them do the remaining roof. Obviously we were happy with their work and their policy of putting the client first. There was a mix-up over the tune-up of the original roof, but the people at Dominion were reasonable and easy to deal with, and that was resolved to our satisfaction. In the future and as roof issues occur, we will continue to deal with Dominion.
