I contracted with Sawyer Construction for stucco repair. The end result was like art. Prior to signing the contract, I had a plethora of question, which Mr. Sawyer answered thoroughly and promptly. At Sawyer Construction & Roofing we install and repair roofs for commercial buildings and structures. EPDM is a durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer). This product is typically used on buildings with little slope or pitch. The two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are sourced from oil and gas.

Sawyer Construction & Roofing was referred by a friend who had used them for a couple of jobs and were very pleased. Dennis promptly came by and provided a very reasonable quote for the replacement of my carport roof. The crew showed up early in the morning to begin the work. Dennis came by to check to make things were progressing. While there was an issue during the construction, Dennis made sure that the issue was resolved and repaired better than it was before the issue. We hired Sawyer Construction and Roofing to replace the cracked, damaged crown on our chimney and repair some siding on our house that was damaged by a storm. Dennis provided us with a bid for the job, explaining what exactly would be done and what was needed. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The two crews that came out did great work, were on time, and very professional. We will hire Sawyer Construction and Roofing for all future needs.

He kept them honest and worked directly with them so I didn't have to. The quality of the roof is top notch and I am very pleased with everything.

We had Sawyer construction replace part of a roof, replaced some windows, repair and add siding and put new gutters on a 2 story duplex. Dennis gave us a fair quote and his team's did a terrific job. Top notch work even if the work was on a rental. On time and showed up when they said they would. We will be using them on future projects.

Sawyer roofing replaced my roof two years ago and we were very happy with the install. Recently, we noticed one strip piece of shingle used to fit around a roof eve had come undone. I called the company and the owner, Mr. Sawyer, came out personally on a Saturday and and fixed it! Who does that? No one! Mr Sawyer also inspected the whole roof (no other issues) and he gave us expert tips on an ongoing siding installation. We wish now that we had known Sawyer roofing also did siding because we would have used them. This is a first rate company and they have our highest recommendation.

Mr. Sawyer and I are a couple but before this happened Mr. Sawyer put on a roof of a house I was living in but eventually sold. He was very informative of every detail which helped in the process of determining colors,etc. and this helped me with the quick sell of my house. Also when the neighbors saw the results they were astonished. This also led to the neighbors having Mr. Sawyer install roofs for them as well. What a testimony! Angie's List would not allow my review due to the fact that we are a couple and that is ok. He still did a great job and that may be what made me fall in love with this

Dennis went out of his way to ensure that the job was done correctly. He is thorough and pays attention to the details and corrected the short cuts that were taken in the previous roof. I would recommend Dennis to everyone. After the last roof I got I was picking up nails forever. Dennis has someone checking the area to ensure that the nails were picked up.
