I have called Chase with Deer Park Roofing to help me with several customers that have leaking and aging roofs. He was very responsive and met them at their house the next day. He helped them with their roofs, explained why it leaked and help solve the problems. His customer service was great.

Professional from the very start. Had a corner section of my gutter repaired and the guys were there when they said they would and cleaned up when they were finished. I have a high and steep roof and they tackled this with no issue. Clearly they are professionals at what they do.

This company was great! We had an issue with one of the larger companies in Louisville and we called Deer Park to fix it. They were extremely responsive and got us a quote the same day they came out for an estimate. They worked with us to figure out the best solution that also worked for our budget. We had Deer Park install our new roof several years ago and they also take care of cleaning our gutters. The communication has always been prompt and the service always on the day(s) promised. Only roofer I will use. Have been using them for repairs as needed over the last few years on the roof the builder installed on my house. Recent storm led to needing a whole new roof. Office was responsive to all my questions and often got answers same day via email or phone. Crew that put on the roof were great. They did not leave any stray nails or debris on my property. They did a roof on my moms house a few years ago and it looks great as well. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointed. Set up an appointment ten days ago for an estimate and arranged a late start at work to accommodate. One hour after my scheduled appointment, I called to follow up and conveniently the estimator "didn't come in today." What happened to customer service and placing a courtesy call to alert me of this change? I'll send my business to someone who actually wants the money.
