I count myself to be very lucky to have found Mark and his team.
I have 130+ year old Victorian house that needed new railings.
Mark drove the 240 miles to my home to consult with me and provided many options for my railings. I took his ideas and built upon them to make up them exactly what I wanted.
Mark was very friendly, super easy to work with, and a good communicator. Within days of the consult, I had sketches articulating my design, which I approved.
The railings were soon built and Mark and his team showed up long distance to install them.
They are spectacular and really illustrate the skill and the experience of Mark and his team. I constantly get remarks from people walking by and from my neighbors about how beautiful they are and how well they fit the design of my house.
Monetarily it was a big investment, but one totally worth it. I will never have to scrape or paint or deal with maintenance on them again.
I noticed a few tiny rusty marks once they were first installed. I visited with Mark about it and determined that they were no issue at all.

I had a black railing installed about a year ago on my front steps. I was pleased with the railing but noticed this summer there were a few rust spots. As it had been installed less than a year I called Artistic Iron to repair the area. No one has responded to my call. I know I can buy some metal paint to repair but am disappointed that it shows damage when only a few months old. There has been no severe weather and no rough use.
