They should change their name to absolute perfect fence! Best customer service ever. First the bid was VERY competitive with others. Jennifer explained in much detail how they are different than other companies… and I could really feel her compassion for the company she works for and the product they sell. I live in a community with an HOA and she did as promised and made sure we were in compliance with them. SECOND: Their team is awesome! Communication to from sales to the install team was impeccable. I had some unique custom ideas and both then sales team and install were just great on

First and foremost, I did not hire Freddy/Absolute fence, but my elderly mother did. The quote that she received seemed reasonable, however after many failed deadlines and promises, her fence has not been started. The original contract indicated that the fence would be constructed in 6 weeks; a 50% deposit was made. It is now 5 months later and Freddy will not even return phone calls. Freddy has made excuses every time and has provided alternate deadlines that he has not met. Please consider a different company.

They worked with a few different contractors to bring the whole project together, answered many questions from the neighborhood kids who took interest (maybe future employees) and for keeping the dog safe during the process. I couldn… 't be happier with the end result of updating my house and yard! Absolute Vinyl installed a fence and gate between my house and garage and it is great. Jennifer responded immediately to my request, gave me a quote and a date for installation and all went well. The reason for installing this fence is to help shut down the "wind tunnel" between the house and garage. Also, to stop the snow from building up between the two when the wind blows. Patrick did a great job on this project. I have great hopes that my problem is resolved. Thanks again.

Awesome company to work with. Showed up on time, got the quote to me right away. Employees who put up my fence did a great job putting up the fence and also made sure they didn't tear up my yard. They did… exactly what they said they would in a timely manner. I already tell everyone I know who installed my fence and what a great job they did.

We hired Absolute Fence Company to build out our fence at our newly built home. I personally met with the sales rep and showed him where our four corners staked with markers bearing pink ribbons were located along with the covenants and restrictions. Out of the 4 corners, they got 3 inside the survey markers and the fourth corner encroaches on our builders other lot about 2feet-ish. We've asked Absolute Fence to fix it and they blatantly refused to do so unless we pay them an additional $590 dollars!! After being promised by the owner several times of his good word to fix it, this is the end
