I may change this review if the company becomes responsive. I was told a proposal would be rendered during a certain time frame and it was not. Tried to reach the owner of the business via email multiple times, he did not respond for estimating waterproofing work on a leaky hurricane window in a fourth floor condo.
UPDATE: I upgraded this review to five stars as the owner called me personally to resolve my concerns and they have been resolved to my satisfaction.

We were very impressed with the work Allstate waterproofing and painting did on our house. Terry had a crew out to paint the exterior of our home and we were so pleased that we also had him apply a silicone coating to our flat roof to prolong its life. Terry has been running his business for 30 years and definitely knows what he is talking about, thanks again for the job well done guys!!

I first used this company 18 years ago to waterproof and paint my home, as well as do some repair work on a wall and ceiling in 2 rooms where I had had water intrusion from the roof. Because I was so pleased with their work I decided to continue to use them. Their price might be higher than those of contractors that some of my neighbors have used, but my home has always looked nicer and the paint lasted longer. Plus, I have not had any water intrusion, despite having gone through storms and hurricanes. I just last week had my home waterproofed and painted again due to dirt and mold from numerous

We were attracted in the soft wash maintenance program that Terry has in place for prolonging the life of our house paint. He offers a one or one and a half year plan. Allstate charges a little more than average, but they have been in business 33 years which gave us the confidence we needed to go with them. When the guys came to perform our first soft wash the house looked like it did when it was freshly painted a year ago. Glad we decided to do the maintenance program.

We hired Allstate to stop a bad rainwater intrusion into our garage, repaint the garage interior, install an epoxy garage floor, and fix some damaged corners on our lanai. Outstanding work all around. Terry's crew was great, and my mother was especially impressed with Logan.

A few months ago we were having major leaking issues inside one of the corners of our home where heavy rainfall tends to puddle. Terry came out and assured us where the water was coming from, we immediately wanted this problem resolved and Terry's crew members Jon and Mac trenched the exterior of the corner, applied the materials, left everything as it was before and we have not had any problems since!! Very impressed with the work of the crew and the confidence Terry had when telling us where our problem was stemming from
