I’ve used Elco three times, for whole house exterior, our decks and porch, and most recently for our interior staircase walls. All staff were efficient, polite, and quality work was done. The exterior was done in 2009 and still looks great. Unhesitatingly, I recommend Elco.

I had multiple tasks requiring different skill sets, staining and rejuvenating woodwork, painting cabinets, color match and painting radiators, drywall repair of water damage, high ceiling walls (20ft) and ceiling painting, and wallpapering. Workers arrived each day and on time to paint the exterior of my Cape Cod style home which required a great deal of attention to detail. There was no inconvenience to me at all throughout the duration of this project. The finished product is just superb. Contract was for 2 coats only one coat was applied, could still see original paint in many, many places. Several areas were completely missed. I had to contact them and they had to come back a second time to apply another coat the following day. Found paint on the floors and kitchen counters. Floors were scratched from moving the refrigerator and stove. The woman I worked with was helpful in getting the workers to come back the next day and apologetic for the poor work, but definitely not worth the $1100+ I paid.

We have been using Elco Painting for interior and exterior painting and staining for almost 10 years. Outdoors, they've maintained our front porch, front door and fence. Inside, they've done painting on our ceilings (including a tray ceiling) as well as molding and interior walls. Elco does some sort of work for us every year and they're the only company we work with. They also provide excellent recommendations. Elco is responsive, dependable and high quality. Highly recommend!

We have a 35 year old house, Elco recommended sandblasting which we did and then they did quite a bit of carpentry on rotted wood, then painted and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, polite, neat, and accommodating. Would definately recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I had a small interior job that I feared might be too small for them. Send an email inquiry one evening and got a call from the estimator the next day who promptly came over and looked at the job and gave me an estimate on the spot.
The job was scheduled promptly and the workmanship and quality exceeded all expectations. Painter was efficient, courteous, and professional and I found the price to be very reasonable. ELCO sets the standard for quality painting and customer service.

My house is 40+ years old and the wood clapboards definitely showed those years ! We decided to not go plastic siding , but instead sand, fill, caulk and apply 100% primer on all clapboards verses spot prime. Elco painted our house many years ago and we were happy then; after getting several quotes Elco's proposal and previous workmanship locked them in again :o) I would have given them 10 stars, but this review page only allowed for 5 stars. Very pleasant Team to work with. We are very happy with the end results of all the exterior painting ! Great Job Rosa, Steve, Bob and Louis.

We are so pleased with the work ELCO did for us, they prepped, primed and painted all the unfinished trim in our home along with all the interior doors along with the hallway and family room ceilings and walls. From our quote with Kenny to the efficient work of Hector and team I have no complaints and wish we had hired them a few years ago when we contemplated doing this job ourselves. When we renovated our kitchen, we decided on a custom wooden range hood, which meant a custom paint job to match the new cabinets. My wife and I (along with our kitchen designer and contractor) were worried about the hood matching the factory finish of our new cabinets.
ELCO worked with us and our contractor to acquire the appropriate cabinet lacquer to ensure a matching finish.
The end result is perfect; the hood blends seamlessly into our new kitchen.

ELCO did a phenomenal job. Scheduling an estimate appointment was simple and quick, and they were able to come out for the job in no time at all. We had them paint a living room, 3 bedrooms, and a stairway. The painter was professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day after finishing. The final result was well worth the cost of having someone paint for us. Highly recommend!

Was able to schedule me the same week for a paint job of the entire interior of my condo. Completed the job in three days and was in and out while I was at work. The paint looked beautiful. When I had an issue with the paint in the bathroom running because I didn't use the vent, they came back and repainted it for me. I would highly recommend.

Elco just finished painting our home and shed. What a professional group of meticulous workers! Ken Elliott oversaw this project, and came on site several times. Because our home was built prior to 1978, we had layers of lead paint on some of the shingles. The team painstakingly removed the peeling paint, all within the letter of the lead paint laws. Quite impressive!
Emilio and Edgar are painters who are perfectionists. They painted our home as if it were their own home, always communicating with us to make sure we were satisfied. We could see the pride in their eyes. The crew arrived on time

Elco has done three jobs for us over the past several years (porch painting, entire house painting, and several interior rooms), and my wife and I been very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work. They arrived on schedule, finished on schedule, and were easy to work with throughout the process. Perhaps most impressive was the painters' attention to detail. I had someone come out to look at our deck. It was previously stained by a different company that did a terrible job. I was given my options and told I would receive an estimate. I called the office several times and each time they would say they couldn't get in contact with the person who came to my house. I would have preferred if they said they didn't want the job because someone else had started than have me call multiple times. I would not refer for that reason.
