The board of the community I managed voted to use this company to repair a drain line and balcony concrete on one of our bottom floors. While the drain was rerouted correctly the communication and end result we are displeased with. At the initial consult the Rep Andy stated he would put plastic up to protect the windows from dirt/dust/debri, that did not happen, at initial consult Andy stated he would make the patio back flush and paint the ground to match. Even told my Tech he had to go to Sherwin-Williams to find the color etc, that did not happen. The patio was left dusty/dirty, there was white
