One star because there is no option for zero. This place has turned into a joke real quick. Brought my Jeep in for warranty work which was scheduled to be a big job and couldn’t even get a loaner car. They ended up having my Jeep way longer than they said because they ordered the wrong parts the first time. Never kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call them anytime I wanted to get an update on what’s happening with it. Then after over 2 weeks of it sitting there I get a call saying it was ready. I got there to find my battery dead. Got it started with a jumper pack to find

We recently drove down from Burlington to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Kona. Absolutely fantastic experience with Midstate from beginning to end. We worked with Charay, who had responded to our initial inquiry several months ago. She was very patient and never pushed (we were looking at a number of different options at a variety of dealerships before settling on the Kona). She was extraordinarily responsive to all of our many emails and really took the time to help us get what we wanted. Once we decided on a Kona, she found us the exact model we wanted (color, options, etc.) at an out of state dealer

This is a follow up on my 1 star rating, this place is a joke, ever since I had them change over my tires, I am constantly losing pressure in one and I can't find a leak, so this last time filling tire with air, the tire pressure light wouldn't go off. I check other tires and every tire had 43 pounds pressure, exactly 43, they didn't vary, which means it was intentional. Had I not checked them it would have wore out center of tires. Needless to say they will never get my business again. If it wasn't for this leak I would not have known as all tires were same air pressure

What a joke. These guys are criminal, I contacted Midstate (online) and expressed interest in two used vehicles. Someone contacts me back, gets tons of info about what I am looking for, my interest in the two vehicles and my price range, and asks me to come in that Saturday and that Paul will be my salesman. Like an idiot, I wasted the time to go. Neither car I asked to look at was there, but Paul says he'll work up some numbers for me, and sends me ridiculous costs on two vehicles I DON'T want and never expressed interest in, that are each significantly more expensive. This place is the sleaziest and most shady dealership I have ever been to. I went there to do a KBB sale on my used car. The staff was rude from the beginning. The manager who test drove my car didn't even have the courtesy to introduce herself or say hi.
I understand the condition of the car changes the value and I expected them to take some money off, however they put incorrect information into KBB so they could come up with a lower offer, which was just a joke. The person helping us then continued to refer to NADA to justify their KBB value.

I have to agree with the other reviewers here: this place is a nightmare. Imagine all the worst stereotypes of car dealerships that you've encountered on TV and in movies, and that we tend to expect are exaggerations. This place actually resembles them. They sweet talk you until the chips are on the table, then play good cop/bad cop to try to lowball you as much as possible. They'll make all sorts of promises and then rescind them in the final calculations. Dishonest and unpleasant--avoid at all costs.

I drove about 4+ hours from MA to go to RockFire with friends and two children, when I noticed a burning smell coming from my Jeep. Long story short, I called the next morning, which was a Saturday, and the Service Advisor, John, told me to come right in. They replaced a bearing and an axle seal and finished the job by noon... on a Saturday, with no appointment! I was really happy with the service, and even happier that we all made it home safely. Thank you!

I was not happy about the service when I purchased my used Saab from this dealer
I was my second Saab purchase and it can be a tricky car but I felt I little off during the negotiation But I went along so I consider my purchase my own mistake. I believe there was definately someshady stuff going on. I should have had the car checked out from the Saab dealer down the street before I committed, should have followed my gut.
My 3 month warrantee covered nothing. I had to spend 500.00 before I could pass inspection here in RI and I had to spend over $2000 to fix things that were wrong with the car

Ok, who writes a good review about their car dealership?! But just in for service on my Dodge and I am obliged to write. Despite having numerous car dealerships within 10 miles, we choose to drive the extra half-hour to Midstate. For years now.
We have bought our last 5 cars here, 3 Hyundais and 2 Dodges. Have gotten good advice from sales people for our ever-changing needs and budget. Also bought a used car for our foreign exchange student that turned out to be exactly as promised - a "little old lady from Pasadena" older car, low mileage, and it ran well.

Immediately after signing my paperwork, the tables turned and I was treated like garbage by the entire management "team" regarding the agreement to fix 2 things on the pre owned vehicle I purchased. I was told "a couple of days", and it was 3 weeks later that my car was returned to me, UN fixed. The total lack of professionalism from the owner (who told me the car I purchased probably had a bad transmission), to the sales manager (who told me I'd have to purchase my own parts) to the service manger, who is rude and inept. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst
