Always treated SO well! I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from Joel, and every time I have a hiccup with the car I call Joel straight away because I know that if he can help directly with the issue he will go above and beyond! And even if he cannot help directly he finds any way that he can to make my experience better and less stressful! It baffles me every time I call him because he's more helpful than any salesman I've ever been in contact with! I love it here!

Got an oil change for $5. with a coupon. They wanted to do a multi point inspection that would take an hour to try to sell me more but I declined. The guy left his oil filter wrench under the hood of my car & I didn't find it until much later. Good thing it didn't cause any damage. Comfortable waiting area with cookies.
