Anna Scott earned her degree in Piano Technology from Grayson College in 1975. Scoring at the top of three comprehensive certification exams administered by the Piano Technicians Guild (P.T.G.), she received her professional designation, Registered Piano Technician (R.P.T.). Our founder and co-owner, Anna manages Pianotex business operations and uses her technical training and experience to tune, inspect, and appraise pianos in the DFW Metroplex.
Theron began playing piano at a young age and played professionally through the late 1980s. He played piano for well-known performing artists like Reba McEntire, Willie Nelson, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Co-owner of Pianotex, Theron enjoys playing all styles of music including Classical, Jazz, and Broadway favorites.

Wonderful people & service. Mr Theron Ice, besides having a cool name, is a wonderful guy. He came out to our house and tuned and fixed a beat up piano that has been in my family since my father took lessons on it when he was a kid. It has never been tuned. My daughter is taking lessons now and needed it fixed. He made it sound great and even played a couple of tunes for my daughter.
