The Granite Dells are located just 8 minutes north of charming downtown Prescott. This once in a lifetime offering is situated in what was part of Granite Park (founded in 1905) and the Arizona Garden Of The Gods from 1905 to 1950. Tom Mix, the historic western actor, filmed many Hollywood movies on this site.
Sun Pine Homes has been in Prescott since 1982. Our specialty is custom home building. Sun Pine's senior partner and founder, Alan Snyder, has designed and constructed more than 700 custom homes nationally and over 400 here in Prescott's most exclusive neighborhoods. Alan has a degree in Civil Engineering and has extensive experience in mountain environments.
Building site will accommodate a 2,000 square foot home on two levels with a garage on the lower level. A meandering drive through Live Oaks elevates you into your own private canyon home site. Gorgeous north-facing views of the Granite Dells can be seen from the Carriage-style home (with garage underneath) which allows up to a 4-car garage.
In 1984, we had the great pleasure of having Sun Pine Homes design & build our first home in Prescott. We were so satisfied that we are having them build our second new home. Overlooking the Granite Dells & the San Fran Peaks, our new craftsman style home-located in Prescott Lakes Golf Community, was designed by Alan Snyder and built by Robert Norman.
