SEE PICTURE BELOW; after spending $2.2 M we are left with a multi color house and no plan on how to rectify it. Please please do your due diligence and interview existing homeowners before you sign a contract. Furthermore, read the fine print, I found Jason Benko to be less than forthcoming about what is standard and what is an upgrade.

Buyers beware! I cannot express enough how disappointing attempting to build a custom home with Crystal Creek Homes was!!! They literally played games for over 3 months and made we wait weeks and weeks for a response on everything. They treated me with complete disregard the entire time. We had agreed on a price and all that needed to be done was a couple of little changes on the drawings and for the lot to be released. Once the lot was released and I put the lot on hold they decided to up the price by $195,000.00 amount due to “industry and company changes” even after we had agreed on a price

After being in our home 10 months our fridge died. We had to fight with the builder for them to repair it as our 1 year warranty hadn't expired yet. Then 5 months after the fridge was "fixed" it died again. They don't return my calls and tell me because they fixed it initially this must be a new problem and no longer under the warranty. We still have outstanding items from our 1 year walk through that haven't been completed yet either. One of which is a drainage problem with our roof that creates a hazardous frozen puddle right by our front door as soon as the temperature drops. The warranty/service

Had great experience when building my home with Crystal Creek in Aspen Woods. The sales and design team were very patient with me during the process. They are very professional to answer all my questions, when it comes to my budget, they always go above and beyond to get a solution for me. As building in the pandemic sometime can be stressful, but Crystal Creek team showed their support and care. I have moved in to my place for over 4 months now. We had the pleasure of building our first new home with Crystal Creek Homes. I must say the experience we had was second to none. The Sales team of Rylia Fielding and Reilly Mason were absolutely awesome. They worked tireless with us to design a home that met our large family’s needs. Our house was built with Crystal Creek through 2020 and 2021 during a challenging time with the pandemic and they were able to deliver a unique and beautiful dream home that my family has been ecstatic to be able to live in. The sales team in Aspen Woods (Rylia and Reilly) were welcoming, helpful, detailed oriented and continually communicated including weekly construction updates throughout the entire process. The construction team (Derek) went the extra mile to complete the house and have it ready for possession day. A few leftover items were promptly completed in the weeks following possession

Everything is great, until they have your money. Then, you don't matter one bit anymore. There were things identified within the 1yr warranty period that, after 20 months post possession, are still not resolved and I'm just getting the run-around about when things will be fixed. I was berated by the service team for hiring an external home inspector within the 1 yr period - WHILE they were here fixing a leak (that caused a flood) the home inspector found. One of the door hinges was missing 1 screw - and they refused to replace it (I am not kidding - it
