Mike? called around 11:00am and said he would try to be here @ 2:30 or so if possible to fix our Coleman Electric Furnace. I had replaced several parts in the last week+ and still having problems. We were expecting a major cold front and temps. in the low 30's with snow the next day. He came @ about 12:00pm and he did not leave until he had our Furnace running and heating as it should @ 3:30 or so. The Furnace is older and was very frustrating to diagnose the problem(s) but he felt that he could figure it out and he did. I gotta give him major props as I knew that his legs & back probably hurt

We called 13 days ago when our boiler quit working. 5 days later he came to our house and diagnosed the problem. That was 8 days ago. Now with temps dropping below freezing we are still without heat in our basement and no answers as to when it can be repaired. The lady who answers the phone says they have no control over when parts are shipped and I can take my business elsewhere when I disagreed with her.

Mike showed up after 3 times of not confirming an appointment and acted like it was my fault for not calling him to cancel (distance is 4+miles). Would of given gas money. I told him his receptionist didnt even tell me he knew. She said she or him would get back with me. Sorry I'm not a victim waiting for them to charge a large sum. I happen to be an aircraft mechanic with some bank. If he didnt walk off like a child telling me not to call them again he could of made money looking over my unit for a problem and preventitive maintanence. But whatever. Tip for peeps around ashland company's ask if
