5 year warranty on each spring replacement part. 1 year warranty on parts with all repairs (excluding spring replacement, which has a 5 year warranty on parts.) 6 month warranty on labor. It normally takes 3-4 days for us to schedule, deliver, and install an in-stock garage door. If you choose a door that is not in stock, the time period is approximately 10 - 14 days.
We try to service our customers within 24-hours to help you quickly remedy any problem you are having. Torsion springs along the top of your garage door, as well as other springs along the side of the track (extension springs), can break causing your door to stop working properly. It is recommended that customers DO NOT attempt to repair garage door springs themselves due to their high tension.
There are different repair solutions depending on if your garage door is stuck open or closed. If your garage door won't close, it is more than likely that your sensor's photo eyes are either misaligned or could be broken. We repair and replace all brands of photo eye sensors. If yours need a new set, we will replace them with a new pair of compatible photo eye sensors.
Unlike other companies, if you want to purchase a garage door opener from your preferred manufacturer, we won't stop you! Give us a call for a recommendation of the best type of opener for your needs. Or, if you have already purchased your opener, give us a call for an installation quote. We may very well beat the store's installation price, we recommend the Chamberlain product.

Awesome Company. Wish there were more than five stars. Called for broken spring replacement and because my car was trapped in the garage, they rearranged their schedule to come within an hour of my call. Very professional, very knowledgeable, VERY IMPRESSED !! They not only replaced the springs but corrected two problems created by previous spring replacement company. New upgraded springs, replacement parts, removed and replaced part that was initially installed incorrectly,complete inspection, all for a fair and very reasonable price. Would be happy to recommend this A++++ company !!!

I contacted Kevin at K&N Garage Door service's about a broken spring on my garage. He gave me a price on replacing both my Springs and told me he could be out the very next morning. He performed a full inspection of my garage door and replaced only what was needed. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable when it came to questions I had, and his work was nothing less than Outstanding!!!

I called Kevin about a broken spring in the evening and he was out the next morning. He did a total inspection of my door and replaced all my rollers, the base plate, and the springs. The door was very loud before he came out, but after he replaced the rollers and put the new springs on it is MUCH quieter! I was very pleased with the communication, professionalism, and the speed of service. And on top of that, it was a very fair price. I will definitely be using K & R Garage Door Service foor all my future garage door needs!
