EZHawk is the only garage door company I would ever use. Stephen's quotes are thorough and complete. No surprises! He is efficient and reliable. He installed a new garage door opener and replaced the worn out weather stripping on the bottom of the door. He even cleaned up the wiring in the garage. 100% approval! 100% happy!

No pushy sales at all! He even replaced a roller at no charge! Installation was on-time, and efficient. If I had another garage door, I would use them again.

Stephen is very nice guy, we bought the 7ā but actually we need 9ā. So, I went to buy the extent. However, when he came back find in out I bought the wrong one. We have to make another appointment, when I text him and told him I cannāt find the right extent he told me he can buy it for me when he came. He is great guy!!!

Called on December 31st had an emergency where my garage door was bouncing back..called a few places...but they were the only ones who could come out in 30 mins or less..was very thankful because i had to get to work..explained that it would be a 25.00 dollar charge but it would applied to the total if he did the job..totally understood that stated fine please come out..he came out looked at the job stated it would be 45.00 not a problem..this is where the 1 star review comes in and my stupidity..if anyone has a craftsman garage opener w/wifi capabilities..in their wisdom decided to go thru a new

Stephen, the technician for EZHawk Garage Door was prompt and efficient. We needed an additional attachment/extension for our garage door opener installation and he reported it to me immediately so I could make the purchase to complete our service that we had requested. I proceeded to the home improvement store to purchase the required item. While doing that, he went to another clients residence to do work required there and returned to my home to complete our service we had requested within a few hours. Stephen is a hard worker, very knowledgable, went above and beyond to deliver extra service in essentially re-imagining my garage from an outdated mess (no garage remotes, no keypad, etc) to a new spectacle. He was open to suggestions - no ego! - and you could tell he really puts his heart into what he does. I learned that he took a leap of faith as a young man and moved from Tennessee to Michigan to fulfill his entrepreneurial ambitions. We even developed a friendship as we were able to relate on a personal level. Would give him 10 stars if it were possible, and HIGHLY recommend you hire him ASAP

Stephen was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable regarding a fix for my garage. My garage was not closing in the evening time, from what i thought was because of the sunlight reflecting on a sensor. He explained to me that it's unlikely for a sensor to behave that way, and instead might have to do with the faulty wiring. After rewiring my garage, I have not had the issue since! Will definitely reach out to him again for other garage services.

He came out to re-wire a door sensor. First of all he was supposed to be here at 2pm, texted me that he would be here at 3pm, then texted me again saying it would now be closer to 4pm. He came and fixed our door sensor but 2 weeks later it's broken again and now I have to hire someone else to come out to fix it again.
