Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Did some work for Young American in 2018 ... got a partial payment in 2019 ... followed up half a dozen times and was told it'd be paid next week and here we are in 2021 still waiting for final payment. And we're only talking about a $2500 invoice ... smh.
