After signing a contract with a different flooring company and realizing it was a mistake due to the cost, I read reviews here for Ideal Floors and decided to give them a chance. I had already met Bonnie and had a "ballpark" quote so I got her here for measuring and quote. I was very pleased with the price and install schedule. (got a refund from first company) After a mixup on the install crew I was promised, Bonnie fixed it....I had an awesome crew led by Arturo. They were very timely every day and careful with their work. For vinyl flooring all through my house, except for existing tiled areas

Faulty Shower Installation - Missing liner/tub pan.
Late 2017, my son fresh home from US Marine Corps training, purchased his first house. It was a fixer upper that we embraced. We hired Ideal Floors to assist with a few of the renovations. They installed new floors and a tile shower in the master bedroom. The tile floors still look great. In early 2018 my son had to relocate because of his job. We decided to rent the house to friends. I took over the duty of "property manager." Shortly after the tenants moved in, they reported water on the floor in the master bathroom and the smell

I needed some vinyl plank, a lot of it. Bonnie found the product for me that fit the bill perfectly, at a price no one else could come close to. In and out quickly and I genuinely felt appreciated for doing business with her. I'd sure reccomend Ideal to anybody looking for flooring. Shawn was incredibly helpful and patient while we decided on the type of flooring and never complained when we changed it multiple times. The install team was very professional and worked as quickly as they could while still doing a very clean and thorough job. Highly recommend. Just had new carpet installed today. It looks great. Ideal Carpet is a wonderful place to shop, buy, and get it done. They were efficient and the installers did a great job. They worked hard and got it done all in one day. The owner is very nice and cares about his customers. Bonnie is the lady that got everything going and got it done. I am so pleased with everything about Ideal Carpet. I pray the LORD will bless them abundantly.

This is our third experience with IDeal Floors - North Richland Hills...first in 2013 when we bought the house and had all new flooring, that is when we met Shawn James. We had our Kitchen/Utility room floors re-tiled in 2019 and today we just finished re-flooring a large section of flooring due to a water leak. We would NOT choose any other flooring company! Shawn, Laurie and the office team are outstanding, professional, experienced and deliver a great product. Below is my feedback on the installation work done by iDealfloors:
1. Scratched sink was installed by iDealfloors.
2. iDeal floor was responsible for the whole job (granite, sink and backsplash) not just one part, so you are responsible for delivering the end result. If iDealfloors has to redo anything the costs should should be theirs - that is Replacement of the scratched sink as it was a new sink installed by iDealfloors along with the granite and backsplash.The cost does not matter - even if it was installed for free it was to be a new sink and not a defective one

Updated 1/2020 - So iDeal Floors did it again.....Not going to write a lengthy update as you can see and read a detailed review below. After doing carpet and granite I had them come out and do the kitchen area and bathroom flooring. I ended up going with the vinyl planking cause I didn't want wood in the kitchen decided against tile. Bonnie was awesome as usual and the crew that came out was great as well. I have updated/added pics to show the vinyl flooring.

After months of dealing with multiple contractors and vendors it was a well needed surprise in working with iDeal Flooring. Mr. James was great!! He was very clear in his pricing and expectations. We worked with three other companies on quotes and I was so surprised by all the "add on cost". Mr. James gave us a flat price. The price was what he said, his installers were on time and an very careful. We got a great quality product and have received lots of compliments.

When we moved into our new home we needed to replace all of the floors! iDeal Floors really helped us out. I went into the showroom where Diane was wonderful she helped me and explained all the different options for me. Shawn came out to my home he took measurements and gave me a quote. When I made a mistake on where the new floors should be Shawn was very helpful and came back out to my home and remeasured for me with a smile! Thanks Diane and Shawn! I need to get my countertops redone. I will be calling iDeal Floors very soon!

I own a rental property at Chisholm Ridge in the Fort Worth area. Comparing two estimates for new carpet and vinyl plank flooring Ideal Floors had the lowest price, but even more important, gave me outstanding service. They measured and calculated the square footage lower than another company which reflected in their lower cost estimate.
My rep, Patrick Norwood, went the extra mile by promptly sending me samples in the mail. I found a low priced air ticket and decided to fly down in-person to take a look and see a cousin. Patrick helped me find the best products for an affordable price

BEWARE! Contracted for the installation of approx 1200 sq ft solid wood floor. Given a 3 x 3 ft sample which i was assured the floor would match. Estimated installation was one week. Wrong wood delivered and had to be returned - but deliverymen made it happen same day and I tipped them for their hard work (it was not their fault) and great customer service skills. That was the end of the good service!
