I feel so lucky to have found XYZ motors! They had 4 of the 5 types of cars I was considering. I was allowed to wander through the showroom, inspect and start whichever car I wanted. There was never any pressure or awkward feeling. Emmett seemed to appear out of nowhere whenever I had a question. He is courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. Thank you, Emmett! Everything went so smoothly that my husband even commented this was the best car buying experience he’s ever had. We are sure to return!

Amazing customer service, especially from Gabe. Every company should hire more people like him. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to makes buyers feel comfortable. That’s not something you usually experience when buying a car. And what an awesome selection. I feel that this is one of the few companies you can trust nowadays. Had a friend buy a car from them and the very next week had to put 2000 into it with a problem they would have known about before selling the car. On top of them selling a fraud car one of the owners has rental properties and I rented from him and he will not answer or tell us why we didn’t get our deposit back. The day we moved out a new person walked in so we left it move in ready and he continues to ignore our calls and text. Be careful when you buy from them because even the owner is scamming people.

Per their staff, there prices are ABSOLUTELY non-negotiable, though this isn't stated on their website anywhere and wasn't mentioned to me at all until after I drove two hours from out of town to test drive the car. XYZ has great inventory but aside from Gabe, the salesmen I came in contact with weren't very engaging or interested in helping "me" find a car. Btw, the car was listed at $26,995, I had $26k, just to help you guys gauge their resistance to wiggle room.

My wife and I went to XYZ Motors and were greeted as soon as we walked in by Gabe. He showed us where the car we thought we were interested in but we spent 2 and a half hours looking through their inventory. Gabe left us alone while we looked checking back once in a while to see how we were doing there was no pressure to buy. We went back the next day to test drive the car we selected, our choice to wait until the next day Gabe told us we could test drive any car we were interested in on the first day we went to XYZ. The financing process was very easy. This is car buying the way it should be I

Communication: 10, I was kept informed through the entire process, via text, email, and mobile phone
Administrative paperwork: 10, All signature required documents were overnighted with return prepaid envelopes included. My state required document's were signed, notarized and returned promptly.
Transportation: 10, XYZ offered to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle, however, I chose to fly in and take possession, so XYZ picked me up at the airport.
Extended Warranty: 7, I initiated

I sent an inquiry about a car I was interested in and Gabe was quick to get back with me and scheduled a time to meet. When I came in I was greeted right away by Emmett and he helped me out right away. I ended up test driving 2 different vans and really liked one of them right away. I decided to make the purchase and Emmett helped me with that as well and he made the process as quick and efficient as possible. A few weeks ago, we drove over 1200 miles to buy our vehicle from XYZ and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Car buying in the past was always uncomfortable, working with XYZ was nothing but pleasant. The truck was everything our sales person, Mike, assured us it would be. We've already put on just over 3,000 miles and our 2010 pickup runs like new. Even more the price was just right, we had been shopping for a while when we finally found XYZ. Next time, instead of wasting a bunch of time, we're going to XYZ first. Thanks again, we love the truck!

So the dealer openly lied on car gurus reviews web site saying we knew the vehicle needed repairs. Tell me how many people shop car gurus looking for a rebuild? People shop car gurus looking for a deal. I think most vehicles that leave this place are in need of major repairs and people don't find out until much later the amount of repairs that need to be done. I have pictures of the struts for the truck I bought and there were no bolts left on them. They were severely corroded away, making the vehicle very unsafe. I would never deal with these people again as they are very shady, unethical

Highly impressed. All vehicles are kept indoors and at high maintenance levels. Maybe the cheapest in prices and highest in quality. Ask for Jordan, he was really flexible with us and went as far as meeting after hours and on a weekend. I'd give 3 thumbs up if possible. The only way this place would get better is if everything was free lol.
