I am happy with T-Mont Plumbing & Heating. They response me quick, fast and understandable. My sewer was leakage and my basement is over the water, Than find the t-mont plumbing and heating company, Daniel and team came in the house with 30 min. He diagnoses the problem and explain the issue and fix with 30 minutes and they also clean my basement, it looks new. Highly recommendable.

Called and was reassured from owner that they 100 percent could solve my problem. Upon arrival, plumber checked pipes and saw no leaks, we spent most of the time explaining what has been going, not more than 15 minutes between looking at pipes in one room and having a simple conversation. Plumber went to truck multiple times and upon stating at the end there was nothing he could fix, he came back in with the service charge of 300.00. We had absolutely NO work done in our home. I was searching for the plumber for some urgent work, I got the details of T-Mont Plumbing and Heating company from Google and called them. Their team came the same day and fix and replace the missing and damaged part for boiler and water heater, drain pipe. T-Mont came to clean/snake out of a clogged drain and they broke the snake in my drain I heard them talking of how the snake was rusted and Danny the owner should have replaced it a long time ago I spoke with the guys about what I heard and they just said that normally they would charge me for the broken snake but they will waive it. They finished up and left and never told me that they left the broken snake in my drain. Months later drain backed up and called another young plumber who was recommended by a friend he told me could not snake my drain because a broken one is inside called Danny

I am very, very disappointed with T-Mont. As you can see from my reviews, we have used them on multiple occasions from projects ranging from installing a new toilet to a new bathroom vanity to a radiator in our sun porch to make it a 4 season room to installing a new dishwasher. We have generally been pleased with how professional and responsive T-Mont has been with each appointment.
However, we noticed that the new vanity that they installed less than a year ago was leaking. It is in a guest bathroom and does not get used regularly. We asked them to come by for an estimate. They told us that

Fantastic service. After trying to install my own kitchen sink, I ran into problems. Let's just say there was water leaking from about 4 places. I tried our usual plumber and was annoyed after not hearing back for 6 hours (left 2 messages). Found T-Mont after a Google search and called right away. A real person answered the phone!
