During quarantine time, I had an unexpected issue in my home. Scott came quickly to help. He addressed the issue and showed me some other steps to take in protecting our home. He was professional and on time. I appreciated the service during this crazy time. Highly recommend this company!

We were invaded by the tiny ghost ants that seem to show up in full force. We tried all the usual products only to have a temporary reprieve. We called Bug Thugs and Scott explained what he found and how we should proceed knowing this isn't a once and done fix. He is professional, knowledgeable, and is working to our satisfaction. The ants seem to show up from time to time, and that's when Scott returns. He's reliable and we are glad to have lucked out finding this company.

After a very through inspection of my mother's home, which we thought might be serious, Scott reassured us NOT to get crazy! He spent a good amount of time inspecting the entire home which included all bedding, sofas, chairs, clothing, closets, carpeting and all possible crevices In which bed bugs might be entering. We will use Scott again as a follow up in 3 months just to make sure....VERY knowledgeable and fairly priced. Well worth it.....5 stars
