We (Mel and Debbie Murphy) had been in the food industry for many years, and when Mel sold his restaurant we were not sure what we were interested in doing, so we took a break, did some traveling, then came up with All Oregon Carpet Cleaning. This is something we do together, and we enjoy the customers and the cleaning.
All Oregon Carpet is extremely focused on details, giving all the care necessary for a perfect carpet cleaning. All Oregon Carpet uses top-quality equipment: Sapphire 370 Scientific truck-mounted hot water extraction unit, as well as Galaxy 2000 portable 2-stage hot water vacuum. Stain removal is guaranteed with the help of professional devices and steam cleaning, all handled by experienced people.
At All Oregon Carpet Cleaning we know what it takes to get a dirty area rug clean without damaging or degrading it. Area rugs can be family heirlooms, and we take great pride in the amount of careful attention we give them. Often times area rugs are placed over beautiful hardwood floors, so it doesn't make sense to attempt to clean your rugs over top of your beautiful wood floors.
Great company, with the highest level of professionalism I've seen in a long time. I had stains I was sure couldn't be removed, yellow paint and flooring glue. And they were able to get both out! My carpets look new again. I usually wouldn't have my carpets cleaned this time of year because they take forever to dry.

Outstanding company. We had a sectional, an area rug, stairs and 3 bedrooms cleaned. They came out and measured all the rooms and gave me a competition quote. They arrived on time, very professional and above all, I felt completely safe having them in my home. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again.

Mel & Debbie are great to work with. Very honest and upfront. I had many pet stains from boarding dogs in my home. They got them ALL out and said they would return for free if any came back to surface. Carpet looks & smells great! Will definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with AOCC. Stains and traffic dirt were completely removed making our carpet look new, even in an area that we thought would have to be replaced. The service was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Could not have been better.
