Angelo is a true professional. We have had our fair share of horror stories with contractors and service companies we have hired to help with our home... we said we would never hire out again. Well here we are again, unable to properly clean out air ducts by ourselves, I called around and talked to many companies to try to find o e I felt confident would do business the right way. WE HIT THE JACKPOT with the carpet cleaning expert. Angelo is honest and trustworthy... I am happy to say he has restored our faith in hiring out and we will defiantly be having him back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
I have never been treated so poorly by a business owner. After they had “cleaned” my townhouse carpet, there was dog hair, toothpicks, grime, and beads all along the baseboards; even after he had raved about how clean our carpet appeared before having even touched it (it wasn’t). When I called to address this, the man (Angelou) literally SCREAMED (I wish I was exaggerating) at me that his work is perfect, and he doesn’t do re-do’s; and hung up on me. He offered absolutely no willingness to compromise, or stand by his work. I am astounded

I first hired Angelo about 3 years ago after a couple of dissapointing Stanley Steamer appointments. His bid 3 years ago was lower than most I called; and his professionalism and expertise over the phone won me over. He did an amazing job then so I decided to use him a few days ago. When i called he actually remembered who I was, as well as my carpet situation and needs. I was surprised when he gave me the same bid as he did 3 years ago...He was prompt, communicative, and extremely courteous, more importantly the carpet looked fantastic when he was done...I have two little dogs that make maintaining

We received a telemarketing call from Angelo and I was a little hesitant about it. But I checked out his website and liked what I found. Dealing with the owner/operator of a local company who wants repeat business and good word of mouth paid off. We are very satisfied with his work. We will definitely have him back.
