Made 4 phone calls left 3 voice mails while trying to contact someone in sales to trade in and or renew 2 leases I currently have with Toyota. The one time I did get in contact with a sales mani asked what were the current lease deals available?
His response was to ignore my question and ask me what I wanted. I replied with to know the current lease deals. His B.S. salesman response everything is a lease deal.
I am on my 6th consecutive lease with Toyota with 2 vehicles leased per term. Will more than likely never shop at this store again.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the Brunswick Toyota service team. My family was driving through Ohio when we broke down on the interstate. We were towed there on recommendation of the tow driver from AAA over the initial recommendation of the AAA advisor to a different mechanic. I'm very glad that we took the recommendation. The team took GREAT care of us/our vehicle. They were expedient and pleasant, fixing our problem as quickly as they could (which I thought was quicker than it would have been fixed). Their rates were also very good.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a used Sienna about 1.5 years ago and it was supposedly certified but we have had several problems with it that were either missed or lied about. We went through Toyota customer service to address some of them because the dealership left us high and dry. Additionally were told incorrect information about the ability to download apple car play. If you visit this dealer be prepared to be swindled.

In all my years.... I wish I had discovered this Toyota Dealer a long time ago.
They actually appreciate me and my business.... I was already to start looking at other brands of cars...... Now I can stick with This Toyota Dealer and be very happy. To day my tire was low . this wonderful young man Ben Kmiecik checked my tires , put air in them.. and taught me how to do it my self..... unless I had a more serious problem then advised to make an appointment. . He was wonderful, The last time I was in there service department, I was expecting to spend a lot of money..I wish I could remember the mans

I came in to help an agent of mine get a new Tacoma. Arthur Miller was extremely helpful, transparent, and made the entire process as easy as just choosing the color of the car. Due to this experience I came back a week later and bought a Tacoma myself. Brunswick has the best prices around and Arthur Miller is definitely one of their better salesman. Would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a Toyota or used vehicle to him.

It was a pleasure working with Nanette Slack from beginning to end. She was very attentive and knowledgable. When they did not have the vehicle I wanted in the exact color desired, she searched the database and found that one was being built the following month. I was willing to wait for the exact color, so she helped me get the process going right… away. It was the best experience I ever had buying a car! Highly recommend Brunswick Toyota AND Nanette Slack. I had a 2018 Rav4 (lease) and was ready to trade in early for a bigger car since we are having our third child in May and this model can no longer accommodate our 3 car seats. We came in on Sunday afternoon and immediately the sales person we had seemed uninterested in helping us, basically told us he couldn’t help us based on the price we were… willing to pay. 2 years ago, we had an amazing sales person who went above and beyond to meet our price point and now 2 years later you can’t come close to that or even $100 more than our current payment? I told him we spoke to someone

With everything going on. I forgot to post this milestone. I got this car brand new in 2013, it had 43 miles on it. Well I paid it off!! It’s mine!! Toyota in Brunswick, did me a big solid back then, they took some martial dept I had and added to my bill. The took my 1997 Chevy Cavalier and gave me a much needed brand new car. With all the driving I do back and forth from Cleveland to Warren for my kids and family. This car has been amazing. And will prob be my daughters in a couple years. Thank you!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
