I was visiting my family from out of state when I noticed an oil puddle beneath my 2020 GMC Sierra ... during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Ganley got me into their service department within two hours of my phone call. Their techs found no leaks from my truck and Ganley refused to charge me anything for their service. Very refreshing to be treated that well these days!

I wanted to buy a GMC Yukon Denali. When I called this dealership they told me they would not honor my General Motors discount. They also said they were raising the price of the car by $5000 above MSRP. I realize this car is in high demand but this gouging the public. I typically trade vehicles every three years but I will never consider this dealership ever again.
