Chris started out great then slowly work stopped getting done or would not be done when promised. We would call/text him on what was going on and then he would give us excuse after excuse until he finally stopped having work done on our home and the worst part is that he would not return our calls or text. We sent him a 30 day notice to complete the work with no answer. We finally had to make a complaint with the CCB and guess what, he finally texts us asking if we received the final invoice (the work was still not complete) We did not get the final invoice until 3 weeks later when we had our meeting

Chris was great! He came out and saved us a lot of money by spending the time diagnosing the issue and providing a specific set of plans to fix our problem instead of giving a "guess" on what it could be. Not only did he do that, but he even helped us when he was getting ready to board a plane! He got on the phone and got us a trusted sub contractor to come out and help us in a time of emergency! He didn't have to do any of that and could have just let us go to voicemail. I appreciate his customer focus and honesty in his work. I would highly recommend having him come help with any
