Had Dale's out to our house for an estimate on some interior remodeling and exterior deck work. Was told to expect a quote in a couple of weeks. Never heard back from them.

Beware of great work. I didn't have the strength anymore to get my house in shape for my Grandfathers last 10 years of my life, I am amazing and my grandfather was a carpenter my grandfather is extremely happy with all the work that has provided I am also happy with the work that has provided .

Construction workers work with their hands and always don't have their phones in their hand and I'm tired after work and wake up and go to the job the next day and sometimes I miss your call that's to be expected in the line of construction....

Dale's remodeled our bathroom. The original layout of our bathroom was outdated and awkward. It had two sinks on two vanities that were on separate walls facing each other. Dales removed one of the sinks and installed a free standing bathtub. The remodel included installing new flooring that was a luxury vinyl that looks like wood but is water resistant.
They also did patching, texturing and painting of the wall behind where the sink that was removed had been. A new countertop for the remaining vanity was installed that matched the vanity front and the new flooring. The beautiful white free standing

Terrible customer service and poor follow through! I called for some various jobs to have done. They sent "Dan" out and he did the "estimates" and said he would get back to me in three business days with a quote. He said the job looked easy and should only take a couple of weeks. Fast forward to five days, still haven't heard anything. I gave the company a call and I was told that "Dan" took an abrupt leave of absence and his work load was handed off to other employees. I was further told that "Sam" was taking over my job. Sam got on the phone with me

Called Dale's to have someone come by and look at our small bathroom
Came to take measurements. And said he would
Call by end of week. We never received a phone call. Terrible customer service. In the meantime, we found a reliable company. I'm very disappointed as it was rude.

My remodel turned out beautiful and Andy our carpenter was great to work with. Everyone was great from Dan who helped plan the remodel to each of the subcontractors and especially Rachel who met me at various businesses and helped me pick out everything I needed from flooring to counters. She truly was my hero through the remodel. I'll be using them again for each of my bathrooms!

Dale's did a small remodel project for us 1.5 years ago. Just now taking time to write a review. All work was done completely to our satisfaction and done on time and under budget. I only was annoyed by the lead carpenter who was not good at communicating with me during the project but Jerry did respond quickly. I am still happy with the work we had done and have had no issues.

It's too bad I can't leave a good review. We called to have someone come out to get a quote for a covered patio. Someone from another department was supposed to call us to set up an appointment, but never did. It's too bad because we're also going to need a kitchen and bathroom remodel in the future too. Guess we'll have to find someone else.

Jerry is great! Good honest communication, flexible, and answered all my questions. I would recommend Dale's, and specifically Jerry, when you are looking to upgrade your home.

We love our new home built by Dale’s Remodeling. The materials used are high end, high quality and complement each other. There was great attention to detail in the design and feel of the home.

Dale Van Lydegraf owner of Dale's Homes & Remodeling sent an email out to all of us home owners in our subdivision and I quote; "my goal is to provide a uniform look and quality feel to the streets and yards in your neighborhood, to continue keeping your property values as high as possible."....And yet once again a large Dale's remodeling utility trailer is full of debris and is parked on the street in front of our house also creating a hazard/blindspot. This time is because Mr. Van Lydegraf is remodeling a new home that just sold acrossed street, catty corner of our home

Back to one star...again. The trailer is once again in front of my home, this time full of trash. The reason?.....they are remodeling the home ACROSS (yes, that's right, opposite side of street) from our home. On another note, we had a 2nd home inspection done and was told deficiencies from 1st inspection (Oct '18) were NEVER fixed even though we were told they were. Great builder here, takes real pride in what he does....in my opinion. Will post updates as needed.

We just purchased a new house built by Dale's Remodeling. What a beautiful home with all the right touches to make it very special. Dale said he builds homes for others the way he built his own home. Quality and style and it shows. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

We absolutely love our Dales home! Working with the company has been a pleasure. They put quality in front of all else. When they were building our home, they were pushed behind schedule by inspectors not coming when they were supposed to. So now with our personal deadline looming and them behind at no fault of theirs, Dale personally called me to assure me that while putting quality first, they would do everything possible to make up time.
They worked hard through the weather and all obstacles, they had a lot of people working overtime to meet this deadline of ours, and

Dales remodeled our kitchen for us. We are so happy with the outcome. It is everything we imagined.
All the trades people that worked on the project did an exceptional job. The project manager we had was awesome, he kept the trades people on time and smoothly run (What the customer sees). Our salesperson was awesome as well. She kept on top of what was going on.
I feel like we have a model home.

Working with Dales's Remodeling was exactly what I was expecting. They were on time, on budget, and their craftsmanship was exceptional! They over communicated when it came to any changes or questions we had on the job. We were so pleased with our experience that we can't wait to work with them in the future and have already been raving about our project to our friends. I have just finished up my second project with Dale's Remodeling and couldn't be happier! I have a large deck on my home and recently changed a 9'x16' portion of it into an outdoor catio. Working with Maralee as Project Manager and Jordan Sherman as the project's sole carpenter the catio was completed flawlessly in a matter of days. Maralee was there from the idea phase to completion, continuously keeping me updated with any information that I needed. Jordan was very conscientious about the style of catio I was trying to achieve and insuring that there was no wire ends

Dale's Remodeling did an excellent job working on our house, improving it so as we grow older we can keep "living in place."
Our project included adding a new master bedroom, a roll-in shower, and a new walk-in closet. We also added a brand-new utility and pantry, plus a fully remodeled and updated kitchen. Everything was designed with the aim of making our first-floor living quarters wheelchair accessible. A new roll-up side door for a wheelchair-ramp vehicle was also designed and installed in the garage.

We have used Dales remodeling twice. Both projects were finished in a timely manner and we had good communication during the process. The sub contractors that were used were very professional and took care of things while in our home. I appreciate the timely manner that projects are completed in.

They took care of my mothers house, took good care of her. No issues during or after the work was done. Recommend to all.
