Had carpet and vinyl flooring installed over entire house. Carpet upstairs has buckling issues. Vinyl flooring moved, leaving a gap in two places downstairs. Called when installed and someone fixed vinyl flooring gap. One of the spots moved and had a gap again. Called jeff the salesman and carpetland over and over again for two years, no one called back or did anything. Jan 2022 finally came and fixed gap in hardwood floor. Carpet is awaiting someone to come.

Would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Recommended them to my kids because of a friends experience. It was nothing but a nightmare from beginning to end. The installation was a nightmare, damage done was ridiculous, trying to get them to fix their mess is on going after a month, told the kids they would bind any remnants “no problem” and now want $300.00 to do it and conveniently no one is ever available to take their call and messages and emails are never returned. I am shocked at treatment like this! Guess who I won’t be calling this spring and neither will my friends!!!! Very

We just had our bedroom and stairs re-carpeted by Carpetland and could not be happier with the product and service. We visited many carpet stores including the big box retailers.
Carpetland in Rockford’s Alan Schact patiently helped us with understanding our many options within our budget. Not only were the choices better, but the end cost was very competitive with other quotes we received while the service was better than I could have gotten from a general retailer.
Measurement delivery and install was on time and the carpet looks and feels great. The install team was courteous and very professional

I realize Covid is perhaps part of the problem but communication is key in keeping customers happy. Have other staff step in to make sure things aren’t being overlooked. I hope to hear back from them soon (3 weeks) since they have already cashed my 50% deposit. FYI what we purchased is stock so they have it onsite. I am hoping for a good outcome!
Update: Installers came yesterday 1/5 and did a great job with the vinyl. Too bad it took so much just to get some communication and a date to install.

This review is a must!
So Thankful to the two installers (Oscar leading the way and Victor assisting close behind) who although having a tough job ahead of them while installing carpet on a cement floor, they stuck to it til the job was finished, 100%!
They came out with the holiday in full swing.
These two great fellas get my hat off to them!🎩
It is some tough, near 100 year good old American quality cement down in that basement, and they hammered away til all nails were driven in and carpet stretched well and held taut.

Just had my carpet replaced after 20 yrs and could not be happier with the service I received from the Carpetland staff! Working with their sales team was easy and painless and the crew that installed the carpet were friendly, professional and efficient. UPDATE! Due to a lot of miscommunication between everybody we finally got everything fixed. They put in a beautiful carpet and record time, well at least record for me, and it's amazing how quick it went in and how pretty it really looks. When you step on it barefoot it's like walking on silk! Thank you so much carpetland! (Patrick, sorry it took so long to find this review. I looked everywhere and couldn't get into it.) As you can tell by the photo, even Cootie approved!

I worked with Alan S on a master bedroom carpet replacement project. He was sensitive to our timing needs even came to do the measure after his work shift on the weekend. We were able to get the deal done the next day.
Alan is the Flooring Consultant to see. Alan listened to our needs, helped pick the product that meet the budget and made it all happen timely.
I will also say the install team was very prompt and took care of the install with no issues. They did a professional job and represented their company well.

0 stars for Carpetland. I had to give it a 1 otherwise it wouldn't let me post this review. Our service was absolutely horrible!! The installer wouldn't show up on certain days that he said he would. Our whole backsplash was installed with the wrong tile so they had to tear it all off and ripped half of our wall out with it. They also began installing the wrong floor tile as well. They ALSO, ruined our stainless steel sink with some kind of acid that they used when cleaning something off. About 3 months later the job was finally done. The owner came out to our house and acted like what

In the last month-and-a-half, we have made two flooring purchases from Carpetland of Rockford.
The first purchase was carpet for the upstairs and the second being hardwood for the downstairs.
We received a great price on quality flooring, and we couldn't be happier. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the installers were very experienced and diligent!

My hardwood floor installation for approximately 1000 sq. ft took over 4 months and was poorly done. Excessive damage, shoddy workmanship, damage to original wood and details in an 130 year old home, and one of the installers put a rather large hole/crack in my plaster wall and they are refusing to fix it with the quote they asked me to provide. Very disappointing and poor experience and they didn't make it right. Rockford location.

We were convinced by the sales staff at Carpetland USA to install luxury vinyl plank throughout our entire basement and we are so glad we did!!
