Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Luisa Duran comes from a family of builders. She completed her undergraduate degree in Economics. Thereafter, she began working with her father, one of the largest residential builders in Bogota, Colombia, where she currently remains owner. Upon relocating to the Triad in 2001 with her family, Luisa has also owned several other businesses, as well as receiving her MBA from UNCG.
If you are someone who doesn't t want to have any restrictions on your property, this is the way to go. Nobody is going to tell you how you ought to build nor how you must have this or that.
