The worst kind of builder there is. Very unresponsive, they do not complete projects in a timely fashion. I was set to buy a property that was being built and for 3-4 months there was no progress at all mind you, i was only a month away from closing. Builder has no regard for buyers needs and timeframes. Do not buy homes from these guys, they are horrible. Stay away!!

I had issues with my home when it was first built in 2016. The roof leaked and I had to get a lawyer in order for them to finally come and fix the roof properly. The craftsmanship of the home was very poor and this is not what I expected being a first-time homebuyer. The floors creak and nails are popping out all over the place. The owner Mr. Randy Boykin was very rude and most of the time unresponsive. This has not been a good experience at all. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience so far. We have been waiting on home in Greensboro to finish being built for the last 3 months. Date keeps getting pushed back. Minimal communication with our realtor. Back yard isnt levelled. They put grass seed over a mound of dirt. We have been having to pay month to month rent because of all the inconveniences and no one cares or expressed any type of customer service.

RAM Homes Inc is a solid builder dedicated to building a quality product for the price point they focus on. I have worked with them on a number of sales over the last 5 years and the superintendent Tony is awesome and does everything he can to ensure the customer experience does not fall apart. Building in the 2019/2020 environment is a challenge with the economy moving along so well and they have been able to weather the storm on finding quality subcontractors. They are not very good with timelines so if that is a critical item, go in with your eyes open but they have always informed me of delays

Hey guys Ram home is a great builder. I think that sometimes we put ourselves in a situation to have to rush them to get it done. I know we did. During this process you must be considerate of the of the weather delays and unexpected delays. Ram homes built us a fabulous house at an extremely affordable price. I am greatful. We stay in Edison Village on Greensboro. I spoke with Randy during my process and he answered my questions quickly. He said that if it wasn’t ready that I could come stay with him. The worst EVER!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have seen the reviews on this page before I purchased my home. The home has so many issues that I can not get them to come out and take a look at. Randy and his business partners are some of the best liars I have ever seen. I'm getting ready to take them to court and I hate court :-( So if see this sign on any home run as fast as you can!!!!!

Ram Homes doesn't even deserve that one star. Ram Homes built my home in 2014 and I was not very pleased then and now I'm beyond displeased because I can feel the boards in my upstairs bedroom under my carpet shaking, nails are popping out of my walls everywhere, and I just found out my bathroom sink wasn't leveled properly and the corner of my sink broke. I will never buy a home built by Ram Homes again
