Here with mom on a Saturday afternoon. Ever since covid started she became interested in gardening. Mom is really Enthusiastic about scented flowers. She is on a search for double pikake plants and wants to grow them all over her property. She doesn't care for the single flowers.
Rukin came by to ask if we needed any help. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about the plants on the property. Over 5 acre property next to the mountain view.
Alas! No double pikake available at the moment he has only the single type. Rukin was kind to reccomend 2 other nursery we can check out.

Grant and his team came to the rescue after another contractor simply walked off the job and left our time susceptible to the inevitable stormy weather that flooded our sideyard. He came highly recommended by a family member and we’re happy thus far with the work performed!! Concrete pour is tomorrow and plants thereafter. Grant is creating a space we would’ve otherwise neglected, into a sanctuary where we may now enjoy and moreover, not have to worry every time it rains, that our home may be compromised. Ultimate innovation, it was awhile back. Sorry about the bad review there was a communication break down of who was what at the time. Your personal work for another person. The way they just broke branches from brush was stunning to have seen instead of cutting it off. But eventually it was all removed. And it looked like a waste land after. Eventually it was sorted out but it was never replaced after and some huhu still exists as to overreach of someone we don't know.

Grant and Zac came right in and picked up where another contractor left off. This company is amazing; work ethic, professionalism, positive recommendations, foresight and just overall CUSTOMER SERVICE is by far the best we as homeowners have come by in quite some time. This company sets the bar and we highly recommend for any job big or small because they are worth every $$$

Just came from koolina lagoon 4 and they were cutting the grass there with their lawnmowers. They should check their machines cause one of them was spewing smoke when on idle - some of the runners were pissed. The maintenance person continues to use the machine and didn't care even when it was pointed out to him buy a beach goer. - they should be considerate or maintain and fix their machines (blue smoke all over the place). I'm all for maintenance but this was just plain bad especially by that worker who knew it was bad.

If you hire these guys, they'll park in your residents' spaces, even when specifically told they can't. If you're nice enough to tell them they can use your space until a certain time, they'll still be parked there anyway, and won't move until you call their office and run around your building looking for them.

Requested a quote and waited four days for a response. Spoke with someone on what possibly could be done and was told someone would get back to me. At that point I was hoping for a visit and estimate of possible options. Instead, this is the email I received:

I hired Ultimate Innovations to swap out a portion of my yard for flowering plants to smell nice. I asked for something pretty simple. They suggested they could provide me with some plans of various options. Although I initially thought this was overkill for such a simple job, it turned out that the plans were really nicely thought out and I could totally visualize how it would look in each scenario. We recently hired Ultimate Innovations to create a landscape plan after we finished remodeling the house I grew up in, located in a suburb of Honolulu.
There was a fee for planning, which included several consultations, an initial design based on what we said we were looking for, and then several revisions until we were totally happy. After the plan was done, we could shop it around for quotes on the installation, but after hearing glowing recommendations from several people in the neighborhood, we decide to have them proceed to do the project. If you do that, the fee is applied to the contract

I am so thrilled that I found Ultimate Innovations to maintain my backyard. They are a little more in price than the other companies that serviced my yard in the past but they are worth every penny. These guys go all over the island providing maintenance or new installation options. The guys work hard and will address all of your concerns regarding your yard. They also have a nursery in Waimanalo that you can buy a wide variety of plants, grass and trees from. Every time I go the the nursery I am inspired to update my yard with new plants.

They did a landscape job at our apartment complex about 6 months ago. The job looked good but.....ever since they put the new soil in, we (the whole complex) have had a millipede invasion.
They came out to treat it once I believe, but the problem still persists.
Try going to the bathroom at night and having to step on these things, in your own home. One word, unacceptable.
Do they not inspect the soil they are going to lay down? Seems not
