We were in need of new carpet to be installed in two of our office rooms and vinyl linoleum be replace in the kitchen room. We were first recommended to call M&R from a vendor of ours and we thought of using a carpet store that is a block away from our office. But from the moment we walked in the showroom, we had a bad vibe from the people working there where no one came close to us asking if we need any help or anything for about 15 minutes.
So we came back, took our vendors word and called M&R. I spoke with Raymond where we setup an appointment and he showed up on time for measurements and brought
