Since zero is not an option I went with one star. Ward Wood was used in our current kitchen remodel and i couldn’t be more disappointed in their product. Cabinet shelves and drawers sent back multiple times due to shotty workmanship. Eventually was told they could not speak or do anything for me since i did not order them although it was my money. In the end left with cabinet shelves that would not fit and splintered and drawers and doors that do not close or line up.

Their drivers are very unprofessional. They ran a sign in their big delivery truck and almost wrecked our vehicle. I confronted them and as I was walking back to my vehicle, my passengers said they were laughing, flipping us off, etc. I went back to confront them again and they just kept laughing and continued their unprofessional attitude. I called the company, spoke to a supervisor and said the owner would call me back the next day. Apparently they condone this type of behavior because I have yet to hear anything. I also had 2 people in my car that had a recent hip surgery and now they’re in
